Made the roties in this way. It came very good. I didn't use dry flour, used light oil instead. Ragi doesn't have vitamin D (or Vitamin B12 as some others claim).

Raagi is soaked overnight, drained and kept covered in wet cloth to sprout. It takes 1-2 days time to sprout. Then it's dried in sun or roasted to dry. Then it's used make flour. Thats sprouted raagi flour
