Thank you so much for this recipe. I've been cooking this from last few weeks.I had tried to include this as breakfast or dinner atleast twice or thrice a week. And Bingo!! After 6 weeks I lost 4 kgs.!!! So happy and feel healthy and light. I tried to mix other millets too and improvised this recipe to suit my taste. It was a success. Oh, nice without having poha and cooked rice soft idli and dosas. Actually in our families we used to put our hand in a batter and nicely mixing would be ideal one for fermenting that idli or dose batter. It is always a usual thing in our homes. U also did it with nicely.
