the metal prod thing is a soldering iron. when he solders the wires it keeps the wires connected together safely and the heat shrink he prolly uses keeps the wires from arching out on anything. just a nice clean efficient safe way to do things!! :)

Just a quick question, Steve, I assume you are using the 360 for volume on your subs, when the 360 knob is all the way down do your subs still play? On mine when the knob is all the way down the subs still play just very attenuated. Just curious

its a equalizer & crossover that you tune with a pc or pda for aftermarket and stock systems with 153 bands to tune

the metal prod is the metal used to solder i would imagine the idea behind soldering is because it lasts longer and is better than simply twisted the wries together with your fingers.

the cables that go to the 3sixty of where comes? the cable that gives the power, the ground and the blue one. I ask you because i have a 3Sixty.1 that was installed on a Honda Crv but it did not like me how the person installed, now i want to install in another car on my own.

more processing power, you cant really tune tweeters, 6.5's, 4's, 8's, and subwoofers off of one (well you can technically) but with two 360's you can have more control over what each speaker will be able to play and what it cant play.
