Before undertaking a project, we can now look to others whod been down that road before us. Learn from their mistakes, and build on their discoveries. So thanks for the process. My minds going nuts now.

Make sure the transfer port of the cylinder and the crankcase are totally smooth. If they aren't try to eat a bit of aluminium with a dremel. That will help doing more revs, amb more ventury effect. If you wanna go a bit harder try to polish crankase and clean the intake and exhaust port (by cleaning I mean remove the bumps with a file or dremel). I'm sure you will get well soon. Greetings from Spain man.

damn bro this thing is gonna be sick the mid range and over rev on all these non electronic 2 strokes is bizarre it will pull you back trust me
@larrythemanic6.0mechanic785 жыл бұрын
@@2strokejunkie686 I mean theres no electronically controlled ignition and no I meant over rev... 2 strokes are notorious for loving to over rev and when they do the powerband is insane. So from about 5k rpm to about 8-10k is where all the punch in 2 strokes is at
@larrythemanic6.0mechanic785 жыл бұрын
@@2strokejunkie686 lol i understand quite well what Im saying the "hit" mostly depends on the design of your expansion chamber ive noticed with different exhaust the power band is stronger in certain areas more than others idk tho thats just how it feels when i ride

@@2strokejunkie686 and when i said over rev it means like revving over the designed rpm

I'm using a 4 stroke 30cc weed eater engine for my own scooter build. What can I do to give it a little bit more power overall? On 4 strokes, what would you have to tweak to get more power? Like what can I do to the overhead Cam for instance? It's a pretty decent little engine, it's all I have to work with.. I want to make her into a little beast 💪😈
