For breakfast a couple of eggs with tomatoes and a slice of whole wheat bread, for lunch I'm eating reduced portions, like 100 g of protein and the rest of the plate is vegetables, maybe a little bit of rice on the side sometimes. And for dinner usually oatmeal, and most of the time my snacks are bananas or yogurts!

I finished all of this workout on 1 hour and 15 min. I have been doing Emi workout everyday for more than one year. I have abs and my legs are slim. Just do it and you will see the result. Try hard everyone.

@@kristinaciapaite9150 I think it's possible, if you do it everyday. The craziest part is the last full body part, you're almost dried off because of all the previous 50 min. I have to pause for 7 min to continue, anyway, try your best!

Hahaha I won't disappear dw lol Since It was summer break and I had time I always did 1 hour of workout every-day and 1 day rest. I always combined her workouts for example: abs+legs+arms+back fat etc in one day (it amounts to 1 hour) I followed the same pattern everyday but just changed the video of the workout (like abs but a different video for example) I followed this for 1 month and a half and lost 10 kg. I also had a decent diet, not the cleanest but I managed to stop binge eating, eating lots of sweets and just eating smaller portions overall. Please keep in mind that I'm 17 and my body is the Kind to lose weight kinda quickly so it may be different for you!!

Writing this as a written promise to myself! I’ve always wanted to stay fit but I lack discipline and consistency. Since I’ve written this down, I will HAVE to start tomorrow. Great! But I suggest to stop believing those body types or what that was, I used to believe those things and it honestly made my journey a lot slower. Then I decided to stop basing my excercise and diet to that and my weight loss became easier and faster. I used to lose half a pound per week back then. But now I lose 1 or 2, sometimes more. (I'm an endomorph too) now I'm down 25kgs and still going strong! Anyways, just a suggestion, you should do whatever works for you and enjoy the journey! 💕

@@erikamartinez8688 I don't remember, cause it was a year ago!I ate till I was full, and didn't limit myself But don't except dramatic results,without calories deficit. It helps to get in shape, and to become stronger! It's just working out abs makes your stomach flatter

I am 17 yrs old and I weighed 103 kgs I lost 15 kgs in 3 months I am actually bored doing my regular exercise so trying this out. I will keep updating . Yo can do this!!!!!! Starting weight: 88 kgs Height : 5.8 Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ ( I didn't took rest. @@veranjeri4895 Yes I did but when I was 103 I only did treadmill and walking outdoor . I did walking with a moderate speed 12km every day and that's how I losed 15 kgs in 3 months I didn't opted for exercise because at that time my body was heavy and it would be risky to do these kinds of exercises Also I consumed less food 1000 calories a day You can also do it Nothing is impossible Even my brother he was 132kgs and now he is 105 kgs He lost all this only by using treadmill twice a day I am ofcourse not a fitness trainer so I don't have much knowledge But I think the easiest way to start is walking. You can use step counter.I lost Weight at home. Its not necessary to opt for a gym . If you believe in yourself you can do this!!!

i'll keep y'all updated! day 1- done! i am breathing so hard right now, it was a great workout and challenging! day 2 - done! i walked on my treadmill for 25 min, walked a bit over a mile day 3 - done! i felt the burn! in one of them my stomach was burning bad so i had to rest for like a second😂 overall great workout! day 4 - done! day 5 - oops i forgot to do it day 6 - done! day 7 - done! day 8 - done! my fav workout so far day 9 - done! day 10 - done! day 11 - done! day 12 - done! omg i’m dying day 13 - done! day 14 - done! this definitely worked! my bloating went down and my waist in general. i feel great!

Starting yesterday I tried workout out everyday for a hour. Yesterday I worked out for a hour and 45 minutes and today I just completed this video. A word of advice. Please do not push yourself too hard. I know you want to reach your goal, but its important to pace yourself. I am literally aching. My feet are cramping up and my core tightens and hurts when I move my torso forward to my legs. I wish you all the best of luck and I hope you maintain your goal. Either way your still beautiful.😘

don't rush into doing an hour if you're just starting. Slowly work your way up! e.g half an hour one day, then 45 minutes, 50 mins, then an hour etc! Wishing you the absolute best! - from your friendly personal trainer!

But I didn’t lose any weight. I’m a person I need to move around, like going to school to lose weight. I really recommend this workout programm, it’s super easy and short, so that you can do it during school- or worktime.

During first lockdown I gained a lot if weight then I started losing it and I lost it mostly through exercising. I definitely had a different shape after if then normally (I still had the same weight). I definitely looked skinnier, so I would say yes.

Completed this challenge although kind of slacking during the cardio days, but I lost 1 kg in two weeks (which exactly is the correct rate of weight-loss that I want -- to keep it healthy). I combined it with Emi's 15-days lower abs challenge bcs I love it and I like seeing the result haha. Next I'm gonna try the 4-week body transformation challenge!

Last March i was 65kg again and back to my daily routine of your plank exercise and loss 2kg in a month. I know that no one cares but I’ll put my progress. I’m also doing intermittent fasting Monday to Friday. Starting weight:53kg Starting waist: 29 inches Day 1: I did the workout plus an hour of gymnastics, a fifteen minute ab workout and half an hour of cardio/weights Day 2:I did half an hour of ab workouts and stretched Day 3:I did the workout which was really fun plus a ten minute ab workout Day 4: forgot to do the cardio... Day 5:the workout was chill Day 6:did literally nothing Day 7: an hour and a half of wall climbing My waist has gone down by an inch! Day 8: an hour of cardio and the workout. Day 9:stretched and did an ab workout Day 10:the workout was good although I swear the tricep dips are out to kill me Day 11:stretched Day 12:I did a plank workout then remembered I had the leg workout too. I’m glad I’m finished with all the workouts Day 13: stretched Day 14:did an hour and a half of wall climbing Overall, I really liked this plan. It allowed me to do a variety of quick workouts that didn’t take very long. However, even though I was fasting, I still ate a bunch of junk food so I didn’t loose any weight but managed to maintain my weight throughout the 2 weeks. I did find that I lost 3.5 inches off my waist which was great. Final weight: 53.1 kg Final waist:25.5 inches

I’m going to do this workout (hopefully) everyday and I’m starting December 31, 2019! Please comment if you don’t see me updating this everyday to keep me accountable! Thanks! ❤️ ✅ Day 1: 3:02 Full Body HITT This workout tired me out. I ran to get my water bottle to drink between breaks 3 and 4 which wasn’t the best idea because I could feel the water inside my stomach for the rest of the workout. I slowed down a lot at the end of the workout because of the fatigue. I didn’t have a lot of space to workout so that limited how far I was able to lie down and exercises like that. Hopefully I can get through the rest of the workouts. See you tomorrow! ✅ Day 2: 13:11 Ab+Arm This workout was a lot easier than the first workout! (Probably because it only focused on abs and arms!) I didn’t do the third exercise properly because I kept my arm straight instead of bending it like Emily did in her video, oops. I didn’t need to get any water during this workout which was good (I think). I didn’t slow down and I pushed myself until the end! I have to go on a road trip on day 3, so hopefully I’ll be able to wake up early and do my daily exercise! See you tomorrow! ✅ Day 3: 23:19 Leg+Thigh This is the day I realized I was supposed to have stretch days and optional cardio in between workouts, I didn’t do that, oops! This workout was also easier than the Full Body HITT and didn’t have jumping in it which I appreciated. My thighs are really sore and my strength was fading as I did the last clam exercise. My legs feel sore, but I still prefer this over the full body workouts. I got through to the end without pausing for water! See you tomorrow! ✅ Day 4 and 5: I decided to use these days as stretch days! It was easier than the workouts but still good! ✅ Day 6: I did a cardio day with Emi’s dance workouts! I used this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/roWvhnaelt52nrM. I stopped for a break in between Boombayah and Bang Bang Bang to get water. I started sweating in the middle of the workout. See you tomorrow! ✅ Day 7: I did one of Emi’s arm workout and my arms were feeling the burn!! I almost cried at the end of it because of how tired my arms were, but no pain, no gain. See you tomorrow! Day 8: so I skipped this day because I was too busy 😭 ✅ Day 9: I did the arm and core workout today because I didn’t do it yesterday. The plank was easier today and I had an easier time doing this workout surprisingly! I didn’t need to pause, but at the end of the workout, my core felt sore. I am on Day 4 of the two weeks’ exercises routine and I’m already falling in love with it! Was struggling to finish your 10min beginners HIIT just two weeks ago but now I can do 2 exercises in a row :) thanks Emi for your videos !

week 1 day one: done ✅ day two: rest day three: skipped ❌ day four: did workout 2 and 30 min cardio ✅✅ day five: done ✅ day six: rest day seven: did 30 min workout week 2 day eight: was feeling lazy today but did it at the end of the day ✅ day nine: rest

Gonna start my weight loss journey, wish me luck everyone!(Im 5’2, 165 lbs/75 kg btw, goal is to reach 130 lbs/59 kg) Day 1:✅ exercise were hard, but definitely worth it. Gonna do another one of her workouts! Day 2:✅Did her in bed stretches, body felt so much better! Day 3:✅yas im done! I replaced one routine with crunches since i couldn’t do it! This one was hard, so disappointed in myself, but thats ok! Will be doing on of her ten minute exercises after this so i could make up for my rests! Day 4:✅Ugh wont do it since i actually wanna sleep early and do these workouts early, luckily today was optional. Ill make up for these tomorrow. My arms and abs are a bit sore from yesterdays workouts, so proud of myself! Day 5:✅heck yeah! Did them all! The exercises were so easy! Gonna redo some of the exercises i feel like i did nothing and another one of her exercises! Day 6:✅oop- almost forgot to update, i didn’t do anything but felt a teeny bit sore Day 7:✅not sore anymore, did two of her exercises for the day, tomorrow ill check in on my weight! Weight lost: 3 lbs/1.3 kg Day 8:✅easy-ish, hate doing planks, as usual i will do her other exercises! Day 9:✅did some of her 20 min stretch and her exercises, is it normal to feel no soreness, maybe gotta do some more intense workouts. Day 10:✅did not do her exercises because i thought today was a rest day Day 11:✅didn’t exercise cause i was busy(sad because i thought today was exercises) Day 12:✅did her exercises, and the one i missed! Also the extra exercises, blegh i feel so disappointed in myself i ate too much junk food these past few days, hope ill lose at least one pound this week😫 Day 13:✅didn’t exercise Day 14:✅did her exercises, tomorrow will check my weight Weight lost:2 lbs/.90 kg Total weight lost:5 pounds/2.26 kg 😮wow I can’t believe I actually lost 5 friggin pounds! I will definitely be using these exercises forever, if you guys are thinking about doing these exercises DO THEM! They are so worth it!

Virginia Cena hey! Yeah, i did intermittent fasting and ate a lil bit more healthier! Although i did have some days were i didn’t eat super healthy, if you want to try fasting i recommend you start with little fasting times to help you!

going to keep you all updated on my improvement!! ;) day 1: i tried this work out and died on the floor. yay. it was super challenging and although i willed myself through the moves i had to take a 5 minute break after doing 6 or 7 activities. SUPER HELPFUL THOUGH!!

So i just did all of these exercises, lost an inch in my waist, still have a 45 minute workout to do but i am glad i did it :) though i slacked off in the middle :P glad i managed!

*edit- if anyone is looking for results,I’ve definitely seen more definition at the end. I’ll move onto a more intense programme now. This is a good programme to get myself started with exercising again. Still working hard, but not too extreme where I don’t feel motivated to continue with the programme. I am half way through this programme already! When I feel motivated, I occasionally add another short workout after the assigned workout. Thanks Emi!:)

Im doing this workout every day starting today (May 2, Sat) Day 1: My whole body is sore especially my legs after the workout but my body is not bloated anymore :) Day 2: I feel more energized and relaxed Day 3:i can already see results especially on my arms and my face looks smaller Day 4&5: i can literally see a big change on my waist, thighs and back. My waist became smaller and i rather than my thighs didn’t become bulky but i can telli lost lots of fats Day 6&7 : no bloating as usual but no change on my weight my metabolism is faster though Week 2 Day 1: The routine became easier for me and after the exercise i still have so much energy and danced around Day 2 : i can see that my posture is so much better Day 3&4: i don’t weigh myself so I don’t know if i can accurately know lost some weight but i can definitely see a difference in my body my inner thighs has a slight gap now, and i lost weight in my chest and shoulder area which I didn’t expect Day 5&6 : i can say that my body hurts so much i almost didn’t wanna finish the leg and thigh workout but i tell myselfthat it’s gonna be worth it Day 7: after my last workout i immediately looked and the mirror and looked at the picture i took before i started the workout i can say that i lost most of the fat on my thighs waist chest and face. I decided to continue to do this workout after seeing how much of a change it did not only on my body but my eating habits, my mood and how k felt about myself
