Starting line: 133lbs Finish line: 120lbs + Slim legs+ abs Height 5'3 1/2 (Only diet i have is eating things with no lactose and more water intake, less midnight snacks) Day1: difficult at first, very painful for my thighs.✅ Day2: still difficult but got farther without stopping too much.✅ Day3: it was still tiring to do but it had gotten easier.✅ Day4: i was going to take a break for day 4 but decided against it. I could go a bit more faster today with almost no trouble at all, for the abs im already seeing results as my upper abs are getting harder😁.✅ Day5: I almost forgot to do them, but remembered just in time. Is way easier now, i just have more than my abs hurting. I got my neck muscles working too😂✅ Day6: fewf.... Almost forgot again till i saw the clock😂✅ Day7: rest day+weight in (124lbs) seeing myself the results i have makes me not want to stop the exercise, but since ive done it for more than 6 days no rest, day 7 will have to be, i just wont eat at night today😭. I can tell my legs are getting it slims since i put on a skinny jean and it wasnt so hard to put it on today. My abs already had the mark but is forming. Is amazing. ✅ Day8: only my regular full day dance😂✅ cause that's what i do with excersise. Day9: so i dont think breaks are good😂 it started to hurt a littlee👀 no more break guys, full weeks ✅ Day10:today i write before i start😂 this is gonna be fire, physically and mentally amazing and tiring. So im finished my legs feel like noodles😂🔥✅ Day11: wow, ive been doing this for a little time and still keep going, im surprising myself😂✅ Day12: ✅ Day13: im so forgetting to update, but i keep doing it, some pants are actually fitting me less tight in my thighs😁😀✅ Day14: weight in + just dance (125lbs) Day15+16: sunday i was really busy and then my allergy pills knocked me out, but ive been keeping up with my dances since i havent done these specific exercises, i am hoping today i do them😭❤️❤️✅ 126lbs, i see progress in my thighs and my love handles are slowly disappearing, i am very happy with my results so far Day17+18 so my right upper buttock started having some real bad pain and unfortunately ive had to slow down my exercise at the moment, so for now ill keep you guys updated on my condition😅☹️. Day19: they pain is less now, still hurts but less than yesterday Day20+21: pain almost gone, probably back for the 22nd day Day 22+23: pain is gone and im moving to arms exercise for a week afterwards i will go to only legs then only stomach and then Full body. Weigh 130lbs😭 still good since i was able to accomplish a lot in little time, my legs did get skinnier so for me this exercise was the best ive seen so far in youtube. Thx for those who continue to watch me for regular for updates.

Guys this workout is bomb!it works, exactly what I needed remember to be consistent and I increased the intensity as time passed from 45 seconds to 1 minute taking 5 seconds of break

im gonna do this workout and leave daily updates here !!✨(im currently 56.7kg) edit: i wasnt able to do the workout for 3 days so im restarting!! day 1: it was abit hard! my body felt a bit sore but it felt good! day 2: the soreness in my stomach area is kicking in real strong!! day 3: done!! day 4: done!! i can see an ab crack forming on my stomach :D day 5: done!! my love handles are significantly smaller!!

Absolutely my fav workout from KZbin so far! There is pause between each exercise and get cheered up by Emi all along which makes the workout less painful:p! Thank you Emi! Feedback after 3months (from 53.7kg - 48kg) by doing this exercise 2/3 times per week and I can see the 11 line so easily now! It is just a matter of time, be patient and keep working hard!

I Started this workout yesterday, such as an arm workout and other for belly slimming (4 minutes + 5 minutes). Weight: 70 kgs Belly measure: 98 cm Thigh measure: 64 cm Day 1: ✅ugh i hate that exercise called hip dip? I cant do it properly but its okay Day 2: ✅my belly is so sore Day 3: ✅ still at 98 cm as belly measure BUT i now weight 69.3 kg Day 4: ✅ EXAUSTING. my legs are toned, i feel them less wiggling (sorry about my English, i dont know how to say). More firm. I had to stop the workout for 3-4 days because i was SO ILL, i couldn't breathe.

hi I've been doing emi's workouts since March, 2020. I lost 10 kgs (22 pounds) in 5 months and since then I've been working on maintaining my weight and getting abs. (finally some ab lines are visible) here are some things i did during my transition: - Not do any diet but lessen the amount of food i was having. for example if i was eating 7 pieces of pizza before now i was eating 4-5. (and yes you dont have to stop any of your favourites) - i don't eat rice. especially not on a daily basis. - in the starting its going to be hard controlling yourself. you are def gonna feel hungry and when you do drink water to fill your tum. - be patient and believe in yourself. try to push your limits but not beyond you power. - try to do combinations of workouts throughout a week. that means you would focus on each of your body part on a single day. - warm ups and cool downs are important even if they are for 5 mins. - workout for 6 days a week. give yourself a break in between. its gonna help you get better. thats all i think :)) have a great week ahead 💕

Last time I was here, I couldn't do half of these, this time I’m happy to say I kept up a little better but still not ready for the planks. One day I shall follow all the way through with this exercise. Those planks KILLED my thighs though omg😭 when I tried them.

Day 1 : this is my fave workout but I did stop for a 10 min break which I’m sad about Day 2 : there is a little bit of aching in my stomach when I do crunches but not rlly any changes yet but it was harder ( i am also doing another slim legs and belly workout) Day 3 : I didn’t do all of it bc I went on a long walk so tomorrow I will do extra Day 4 : didn’t do it it today Day 5 : didn’t do it today and I won’t do it tomorrow since I have a club Day 6 : (restart) Okok I admit I haven’t been on here in ages but I need to change to I’m hopping on the again I’m restarting Day 1 :

Ok so i have been doing this workout for almost 18 days by now... So here are some tips and points: 1. So, IT DEFINITELY WORKS ,ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO BE PATIENT . 2. I can already see side lines of my abs 3.also i had a sort of diet,not actually diet . I just didn't ate rice, and lessen the amount of my eating and yes i had cheat meals in between 4. It will be better if you do the workout in early morning or before eating breakfast . 5. If you feel hungry then drink water rather than eating something 6. Have a walk randomly And yeah thats all and i am going to continue my workout. And if you think that you will get results i n a week then YOU ARE WRONG no exercise and diet works that fast . You have to be patient about it. If any exercise or diet works that fast then it will not just make you slim but also you will become weak and unhealthy. AND I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO FOLLOW EMI'S WORKOUT ...AND DON'T GIVE UP!!! AS EMILY SAYS "NO PAIN NO GAIN!!"

Okay if you guys wanna know if this works IT ACTUALLY WORKS I DID T FOR ABOUT ONLY 2 Weeks (almost everyday/once a day) I was dying at first but keep thinking about what body I like to become What clothes I want to slay And all criticism that people called me FAT That helps a lot Result: it gets easier and easier by time I SWEAR MY BELLY AND THIGH ARE SMALLER It may not have THAT HUGH DIFFERENCE that many people hope cause it's only 2 weeks If you hope a huge change after a few times doing this That's a wrong idea You gotta do it as a routine and be patient. as a kid i was really skinny and tiny and i would always get told that i was lucky to have a healthy looking body with clear skin. But i as grew up i started to go through change such as puberty and growth spurts and i noticed i was getting overweight, so i do this for 20 minutes everyday and changed my diet abit and im the healthiest person right now im so happy i found your channel thank you so much

Your timing!!! Always when I'm about to go to gym. It focuses mainly on the abs which is what I need, but at the same time I can work the legs too. Looks like I found the workout the suits me! I'm gonna try and tell you how was it!

Okay listen. I have tried this along with her standing arm workout video for a little more than a month now and I already lost 2kg and my clothes are now starting to become lose especially the pants. Might go shopping soon. Love you all😊😊😊😊 P.S. I suck at dieting so my food intake didn't change. I have no diet plan whatsoever. Thats all love you guys😊😊😊

Day 1:belly and thighs hurt truh the workout like HELL✅ Day 2:a little easyer✅ Day 3:went on the scale, when i starded this workout i was 63kg now im 60kg🤯✅ Day 4: shooked that its been almost a week of doing this workout, suprised i havent quited✅ (i went on a 2 day vacation, and gained 4kg🤬)

@@vivian3497 if you want to lose weight I suggest you do it with yoga, it's really useful. I recommend vinyasa flow yoga. You'll see results 100%

About belly it's get shaped and abs getting visible(still remain lil fat around belly but my belly got strong and so nice shape after workout) but if u want lose full belly fat you MUST be careful of food and eating . I'm not on diet but I eat healthier and i stop eatong carbohydrates(there and there i do but 80%less as i used to). If you do soo your belly will be flat and shaped . Good luck ✌

quarantine workout dayzz day 1* dying day 2* still dying day 3* dying but it is little bit easier day 4* dying and i couldnt move my legs yesterday :( i thought i should quit but i didnt. if it continues i will. day 5* easierrrr sisss day 6* i added some madfit song workout videos to my workout routine. i feel amazing and i kinda feel i will have abs after a month. day 7* wow its been a week! i feel amazing there is no visual difference but it got very easy. (the workout) i believe i will have results after week 2 day 8* waist a little smaller, maybe im wrong dunno day 9* i should stop eating sm. i feel like my booty is so pretty lol day 10* im dying again day 11* ow its almost 2 weeks! wow :o my belly looks a bit flatter. day 12* my belly is smaller!! i started another 5 min workout too :)) day 13* this is way easier now. day 14* did it day 15* wow i succeedddd. ive been in quarentine for 15 days and i did it every single day. im proud. my waist looks thinner from side. day 16* done day 17* well there actually is a difference!! yay day 18* my waist is literally smaller day 19* i think i achieved my goal ✅ day 20* wow im amazing its day twenty! day 21* 3rd week done

Starting Weight: 120lbs Stomach:30in Waist:27in Right thigh:18 in Left thigh:17-18 in Day 1:complete pretty hard but I pushed myself! Yes I will be doing all of these and not ghosting you!! Plz like to get motivated! Day 2:was pretty sore but powered through! Feel great after each exercise so far! Day:3i can already feel better about myself like I am achieving something Day:4omgg this is the worst day so far everything hurts and I didn’t want to get out of bed! Day:5 I had to skip today cuz I had a dentist appointment and some family stuff Day:6 I feel great getting back into things even though it’s only been a day and I feel much better about self esteem Day:7 I still feel like a goddess and I haven’t even gotten to my goal yet I’m going to keep doing this for another week and measure again! Week:2 I didn’t update each day for this week cuz things are crazy buttt I would totally reccomend this!! I almost lost 20 lbs

Jesus. I'm so weak that I kept pausing throughout the video and almost gave up during the side plank but screw it, no pain no gain. Though I never cussed so much in one workout session until I did this. Thank you for not putting in burpees or I would have ditched it first thing.

This workout is amazing!! I can see the results. The burn gradually gets better since I’ve been doing it every day and I and so pleased with the results so far would totally recommend to anyone trying to tone up.

doing this exercise: day 1: this was realllllly hard for me. i kept almost collapsing the floor and wanted to give up, but i kept my game strong and really felt the burn. honestly my legs feel like jelly and i can barely walk down the stairs HAHA but this is a good sign. no change but its only the first day. day 2: was a little bit easier today! however the squats were still really hard! jelly legs again today! ahh im gonna collapse haha. no difference in legs so far, stomach im beginning to see a small difference! lets do this :) day 3: was gonna skip, but i’m stronger than that! today i ate really healthy and i managed to do all of the exercises with much more ease than before, even managed to hold the squats! yay! yet again, jelly legs. but manageable. can’t really see a difference in my legs, but my thighs are relatively thin already. maybe a bit more toned? my waist is thinner and i’m feeling good! but this is only the beginning. day 4: ahh today was a bit unhealthy,, sorry! cheat day? i was really not going to do it but the reply to this comment really motivated me to do it, even though it was 1am lolll. so tysm! no difference in legs which is very disappointing so far but defo tummy! i was really tired after this as well but its getting easier. im so sorry guys, i’ve been trying really hard but i cannot be doing these exercises for the next month-ish, though i won’t disclose the reason to you all it’s very necessary to pause the working out for this time. sorry to let you all down and myself! but don’t worry, afterwards i will come back more motivated then ever! thank you all so so much for all the support. ❤️❤️❤️ okay has been a while, but i’m back :) i’m gonna keep trying! back to square one. day 1: man forgot what this felt like. struggledddddd but it izz what it izz!! lets do this. no difference yet. day 2:
