If anyone is wondering if this works, it 100% does. I was doing a bunch of other back workouts that weren’t working for me. But this one has completely gotten rid of my bra buldge and has made my back way slimmer and toned. Thank you emi. Your workouts are my favorite !

If you’re scrolling thru the comments to see if it works - it definitely does. I used to have a huge rolls on my back since idk when, but when I started to do this workout (about 2 weeks ago) everything changed. I feel that my back muscles are stronger now. And also all my jeans and skirts started to look better on me because of my back fat which’s gone

This is the only workout that’s ever helped my lose my back for real. I’m a good size and have a good body but my back has always been huge I never wore anything tight, I started doing these and my whole back has changed shape and I wear anything I want now I’m so thankful, it takes a while to rlly be able to change the whole back and remove the stubborn fat but this does the trick

@@luminereid487 you should try it! emi's workouts are so effective and i have by far lost more than 10 kgs with her workouts but recently because of ramadan and our religious festival i didn't workout and had a bad diet and gained 4 kgs so i recently started her full body program she just uploaded a few weeks back and now i lost 1kg in a week! Yes that's how effective her workouts are! You should try it

This is by far one of the best, if not the best back workouts I’ve come across. The other back workouts I’ve seen are either combined with arms or aren’t hardcore enough. These workouts BURN and that’s how I know they’re effective.

It’s nice to see that in the comments it has worked for many. My back and arms has always been quite big. Just started this today and managed to pull through. I foresee myself being able to do this everyday :) I pair this along with a HIIT/cardio workout to burn some fat. Hoping to gain consistency 💪🏻🔥

@@queencamaisa4571 you won’t gain muscle, you’ll loose it if you just simple follow the routine. If you do the exercises with weights then yeah maybe you’ll gain muscle. I had like quite a lot of fat around my upper body. Like the arms and the back and armpit area. It’s safe to say, and thankfully, after doing her 20 days program, I lost it all. A little bit is still there, which I’m sure I’ll loose if I do it again, but it’s not that much and not visible. So it’s a 10/10 recommended program. And NO YOU WONT GAIN IT BACK ONCE YOU STOP DOING IT. I can vouch for that. I haven’t done it in two months now and i haven’t gain the fat back

Hi I am starting thus workout pls remind me by liking so I Can update ! Day 1= did it ! Felt slim already Day 2- I had already slim black I just needed good posture day 2 was good my back pain had gone Day 3 = my back was felling good Day 4= I saw little results Day 5 = I had more good posture than before I fellproud Day 6= I saw results Day 7= I have a good posture and slim arms thanks to emi Wong I am so happy!

I always give up but this time i'll reach my goal with eating clean and for sure with Emi's workoutsss!!! Day 1- ✔ Day 2- ✔ Day 3- ✔ Day 4 - Day 5 - "Too" Late Update: I did those just for 1 week 🤦‍♀️ And i ate like nobody cares untill this week... So i started again and i'll update just if i get any results in 1 month :)

Make sure you’re also changing your diet, for maximum results! For me I’ve stop drinking soda and the only juice I drink is cranberry(it takes me a week to finish a 64oz bottle of it)

So i started working out 2 months ago and i found emi's video in the beginning of 2nd month and honestly i feel soo happy doing her workouts so much more and i used to have very bad bra buldges and use to feel shy but honestly now they're literally melteddd away i can see the difference. If you're looking for it I'll say it one more time no pain no gain🙌
