I like it when someone reviews something after years of ownership. Some products feels nice for like the first month but then starts to fall apart, so I`m glad people are doing these kinds of reviews(especially when it comes to expensive items like cars). I`ve heard so many stories about cars driving perfectly right after the purchase but falling apart later so I always want to know how cars will hold up in the long term.

So I have the active exhaust and I removed the resonator for a Roush racing x pipe. Love it! The car is so loud when it's in track mode yet tame when it's in normal. The 6th gen camaros run on GMs alpha platform which was designed for the C7 Z06 so they share the same chassis and tuning as well the 1LE is cheaper dollar to parts added. Even the SS has a better setup for the price over the mustang and youre getting the LT4 and a tremec 6 speed over the MT82 in the GT. The MT82 doesnt like to be pushed hard as the 5.0 is pretty much maxing the tranny out so any quick shifts or hard shifts tend to make it unhappy compared to the tremec is just dont care and this isnt just a chevy vs ford thing the Mach 1 and gt350s have a tremec and those transmissions dont care how hard you drive them.

I have the same, 2019 pp1, sometimes just sitting at a light the rpm will have a little seizure. Nothing big and has only happened maybe 3 or 4 times and ive had it about 2 years also. One thing that really concerned me once, was driving kinda fast, having fun, was in track mode and hit the gas pretty hard, let off soon after and when it shifted down (I assume you know how aggressive it shifts down driving fast in track mode) my back tires locked up, legit locked up like i yanked the E brake. Was just like a tenth of a second but still concerning.

FYI, both dash options are digital.

Not true. The other option is analog gauges and just has a small digital screen in the center

So I have a base that I threw some cash into, I wanna trade in and buy this, should I remove my recaros and borla and sell it seperate?
@CanadianCruisin2 жыл бұрын
Yes. The dealers usually don't add any money on for mods.
@thecaboose65912 жыл бұрын
@@CanadianCruisin gotcha! Just thought the recaros over the old cloth might have drove the trade in price up at all. I couldn't get comfortable in my cloth buckets, lumbar was too aggressive, how are these? Edit: From what I read online it's hit or miss on comfort? Just like the cloth.

@@CanadianCruisin ill have to look more. I haven't seen anything about transmissions problems. Just some stuff about build quality in certain areas like the doors, and the problem with the dash display. Only thing else i was interested in was a q60, but from what i hear the interior is kind of cramped if you are over 6'.

@@Hol-mes they have a lawsuit against Ford right now for the transmission. It's mostly the shift fork breaking issue I believe but I haven't read the entire thing myself.
