$20 Budget Charcuterie Boards | High-end VS Low-end Grocery Store

Welcome to my channel!
Todays video is all about budget boards.
I went shopping at Aldi (low end) and Kowalskis (high end) with a budget of $20 at each. This is what I created.
Which would you enjoy more?

I appreciate this so much! I can't stand creators who say you can make something for only "this price", and then it turns out they only priced out the amount they used and not what it would ACTUALLY cost if you bought everything.

Thank you for not deducting the portion you didn't use from the overall costs, that drives me crazy, lol. Both boards look amazing but I do like that you have leftovers with the Aldi board for the same price.

Both boards look amazing. You are an artist. Of course, with Aldi, you can make 2 boards or a double-sized board for 4 people, so it's a better value overall.

Amazing things about this video 1. Both boards are priced the same. The high-end board isn't just more expensive or bigger. 2. Tips for getting creative. It's simply about managing the money. 3. NOT deducting the price of leftover portion, cz seriously, I can't buy it for the price of the used portion. 4. A manageable size of the spread. Shows that cheese boards don't need to be humongous. Loved it.

I hate when budget sites tell you how much something costs by how much they used. Something that they said cost $2 a serving is actually $5 if you didn't already have the ingredients on hand. Both of those boards look really good.

Went to Aldi. Got 4 cheese blocks, prosciutto and salami. All for $20!!! I'll try those pita crackers!!

WOW! these are both great. This gives me an idea on budgeting. i get together with a couple friends and it looks as if the budget's usually about $25 for what most ppl bring, so this idea will be perfect! I usually get in the store and start throwing everything in the cart. I'm thinking this and some chips and homemade dip ought to do the trick!

Great ideas. I also am a grower so am able to add herbs and edible flowers for color so I usually opt for the Aldi version of things. Had a client who wanted a much higher very exclusive board and charged $200 to set up and style and she bought all ingredients. Win/win!!

I’ve just started watching your videos. Thank you so much. You are clear, friendly, informative and your boards look amazing. There’s no way I would be able to tell that you bought from Aldi. I appreciate that you said at the start of the video, the boards were for 2 people. I’m always stuck on how much to buy for 10-12 people. Love both. I would do either. Especially the high end one sometimess just because the cheese is better quality/taste. Or mix the high end with some of the Aldi items.

I live on Charcuterie boards so I'll eat either one. As long as the grapes are washed. You make lovely arrangements!! One cheese from Aldi that I love is their Applewood Smoked Gruyere. Unfortunately they only sell it for a couple of months during Thanksgiving and Christmas.
