As far as rope goes....u can have unlimited rope storage by starting to build a rope skull light and leaving it unfinished then save and when u can el building it it drops the rope its holding.... good video though some good tips man thanks

It would be the same rope that you used in crafting it, even if you cancel you still have to place a rope in order to get a rope back out of it. So no, this doesn’t work.

Yeah i did this. Go to the yatch( 3 ropes spawn on it) save and reload there, while putting ropes into skull lamp blueprints. Destroy the unfinished skull lamp, to get the rope back.

i recently started playing playing The Forest on my PS4, and i want 2 get a really great base but Cannibals keep coming and attacking me, even on the 1st day! what is a easy way 2 keep them away early game?

Build a treehouse as your first base next to the plane. I’m on PS4 to and I know how painful it is.

@ShadowGirlGamez I am also a Ps4 Player. I also recommend you to go to the so called "Fertile Lands" and build a Treehouse there. I didnt have a Single attack until now (Difficulty is normal) :D Altho my spot is near a cannibal village and I quite often hear them. But as I said, they didnt attack a single time and I have plenty of food :) Really recommended 👍 Edit: I am on Day 7, forgot to mention it

I just started, I'm on day 10, normal difficulty. I recommend playing with a friend if you plan on doing a big project for a base. It's a lot more fun with a friend and you can build things and take out mutants/cannibals soooooo much faster

Im playing on hard mode playing with 1 friend and im on day 19, What I did to keep the cannibals away from my base was build a lot of rock walls and traps. I lived dead center in the middle of the forest so those mfs come all the time lol. Also if cannibals go in deep water they instantly die.

@@chapingo7067 I don't think they can climb cliffs. I think that some can climb trees, so they may be able to jump up that way. Just chop any trees at the bottom of the cliff to be sure.

i would build so you have to jump going out in passage atleast slow em down
