Join me a for a quick 20 minute all standing arms and abs workout, you can do at the comfort of your own home. This workout will get your arms and abs burning, and make you feel stronger than ever. You'll be pleased to know there is no planks or push ups in this 20 minute workout as all exercises are performed standing.
For your reference I am using a pair of 5 kg dumbbells.
Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!
