I just discovered Bella beam workouts. I don’t own a Bella beam so I used the bar in our weight set. I would love to see more of these workouts - I really enjoyed this one.

i loved this workout! you’re right, i haven’t used the beam as much as my other bala gear and i’d love to use it more, this video was great!! 😄🩷

I don't have the bala beam but just got a pilates bar with the weighted resistance bands. I used the bar. The bar itself is light, so not as challenging but still a good workout.

I did not see that one on their website, just the 15 lbs and 25 lbs. The beam you have must be custom for 7 lbs. Thank you.

Hi Coach Liv ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! Her bala beam is just too heavy :( She has the pink one. What is the weight of the pink beam? So, instead she told me to wear the 1 lb bala bangles and try your lesson. I still could not even finish the lesson when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full lesson powerfully with the pink bala beam!! Her biceps are shredded, very thick and powerful like yours! I feel really low and defeated.

@@LivAlignedThank you for your encouragement, Coach Liv ma'am! I did again with half pound soda can weights but could only manage 6 minutes. My MIL does the full lesson using the heavy bala beam! I will try your lessons regularly as my MIL told me that over time they will make very strong and super confident and my arm will even start showing a muscle!!! My MIL's biceps is very thickened and bulged like your!! As a man, I really want to be strong and empowered in front of my MIL! I tried an arm-wrestle test against my mother-in-law's arm, but even using two arms together against her one arm, I could not even move her arm! :( I am very sorry if I am asking you too much :(
