I’m so lucky I found your channel. Professionally shot, no gimmicks, excellent instruction. A huge range of variety in the workouts to literally suit all levels. I can honestly say it is by far the best home workout channel out there.

Hello Halina!! I can tell you then I always struggle at exactly the same points as you.. this was a tough one. The main thing is that you are pushing yourself and challenging your body.. I train hard and everything is hard for me. Over time yes you can do more reps or lift heavier but it doesn’t become easier as you will always train to push yourself! Cx

Had to work overtime tonight to catch up on some overdue jobs but didn't want to skip a day of workout, so instead of continuing the HEAT program, I came here and accomplished this short HIIT routine!! I only used 15lbs today to not overworking myself (cause I still have a long day.... tonight) but still felt very amazing the full of energy vibe post workout! Proper follow along workouts, I'm a runner who largely shunned weights and I don't got to a gym but I've scavenged some dumbbells and bands and kettlebells and can honestly say these are amazing, I HAVE to do one every day and have even done them just before bed. It's paying off!

Crazy that it's 4 years (almost) after this posted and it just now popped into my feed. So great to see one of Caroline's first videos, deep in covid time. She's a bit nervous (as I was in my first years as a teacher) but great little 20-min HIIT. Almost feels strange to do 1 set of everything then a little mini squat-to-press as staple, but the whole body gets attention and nice mini ab sesh at the end. Definitely "like & repeat"-worthy!❤😅🙏🌺

Matthew Almond almost died with the squat press... I need dumbbells, I have to use kettlebells which can make things a little tricky (every store on the planet seems to have sold out of dumbbells). This was a tough workout and you completed it and that’s a feat in itself. I agree with everything you say about Caroline. Have a great day.

@@ellajo1209 I had to pre-order my heavier adjustable dumbbells 2 weeks in advance. They're finally coming today. I have a set of lighter dumbbells in a plastic case, plus ankle & wrist weights, which I've been combining into one. It looked hilarious, but it worked. 😂😆

Hi Ella, Yes I don’t have heavy enough dumbbells so I use a mixture of heavy books, a couple of bricks that I found in the garden and a black(extra heavy) exercise band!! I have got quite good at modifying weights exercises for bands. All worked ok. Yes, Caroline is just brilliant isn’t she...quite unique. I think many of us see this. Matthew

Matthew Almond I think that shows incredible ingenuity, commitment and dedication. Wow! It’s amazing what we can do with what we already have if we just use a bit of imagination. I happen to have much of the equipment Caroline uses and after years of acquiring all this stuff I’m using it all. I realise now that mixing things up is the way to achieve the level of fitness I want. Prior to lockdown and before, I had been a one discipline at a time kind of exerciser... I’ve had the fastest and best results from incorporating variety into my fitness regimen, thanks to Caroline.

When I first found your channel, I looked at some of the snippets of your videos and I have to say I was a little bit afraid! Especially the ones that were called “epic”, or “beast”.Lol. But I started doing them and kept at it. I just finished this one without having to pause it. Also have incorporated some movements when at the gym ( when it’s allowed to be open) A little at a time does it. Thanks, Caroline! Love your workouts.
Oh I absolutely love this routine!!!! Ever since I learned that after 30 years old you lose muscle mass I love incorporating weights into my cardio days. Working on that muscle 💪 thanks for the burn!

I did it with my pair of 7.5 kg dumbbells & TBH it was very difficult for me. I started concentrating more on HIIT after your advice, & it's really helping me. Changes are unexpectedly great. Thank you Caroline. This was my first upper body workout with weights, so it was very challenging for me. But you've made me strong enough, so I managed to complete it successfully 👍. GREAT workout. Just did it this AM. Was still sore from your 30 minute full-body dumbell workout from 2 days ago but was a great alternative. I particularly love the "driving a car" lift & rotation to work on my arms/shoulders for racing.

Oh Caroline this is by far my best workout to go I really enjoyed it to the max that I even did some of them one more time, even though I’m on my period but tried to push myself hard to finish Day 3& 4 , I was lifting 10 kg dumbbells I know . Caroline I loved this. I don’t have nearly the heavy weights u do here..I used to use heavier at gym but I’m just working with my set of 12LB that I have at home.. so I tried to add some more reps! I have a single 15lb too which I was able to use for the mat core exercises. Thank u again!! For inspirational moves
