Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I only managed with soda cans as weights but lasted only around 9 minutes in the video when my arms completely gave up and I stopped😟 My MIL did the full video with 20 lb dumbbells! She has powerful massive shoulders and arms! I feel really low and defeated.

Today I did 30min ABSolute ABS as add-on after my main session and really enjoyed it! ☺ We had a little bit of snow here twice (we live near Frankfurt) ... most of the time it's raining. My family in Austria is enjoying a proper winter! They had heavy snowfall there ... very beautiful! Can't wait to see what Caroline has in store for us tomorrow! Since I started last winter I dropped from 200 lbs to 176 lbs. My gut and love handles are gone and I feel like a new person. At the age of 73 I feel like a 40 year old. I'm going to have to combine this workout with yesterday's leg day. Going to have a sore body tomorrow. I'm at my parents' for a month so signed up at a local gym just to use their weights. Im doing this advent calendar in februari after not having excersised for a long time! Such a great way to easy back into working out regularly! Even if Im not doing them strictly everyday, the 20 minutes is doable to motivate myself for even when Im tired or feel overwhelmed. And it just because they're doesnt mean their not intense! Love the workouts in this series! Not able to do shoulders right now as I'm in PT for them, but was able to lightly work the biceps and triceps. Really hard for me not to push it on upper body, but I'm also trying to avoid shoulder surgery and really lose my gains. ARMazing!! This was another superb present 🎁 from Caroline delivered for the benefit our upper body, 💪 weights 5.0/4.6/3.8kg probably could have gone heavier on the shoulder press (5kg). However I really wanted to keep my form. 😃. The time just flew by 👊👍.

Been working out for the past four years and have visited many of the fitness channels available on youtube. This is the crown jewel of them all! Each routine will utterly destroy you but you will feel so satisfied and accomplished at the end.

Released 3 years ago before the holidays, and I found this video today a few weeks after I'd started really trying to get into shape again absolutely love it. This has def helped with seasonal depression thabk you so much for doing these!

🎁 Another advent workout present opened, smashed and loved! 🎄😆 I enjoyed it from start to finish. My favorites were the rear delt flyes and the finisher 🤩! The pump was definitely real after this one!😆😁 Did the older 20 min shoulders and arms as my add-on today! Yet another great training day! See you tomorrow. Thanks Caroline!

After a long and busy day it's always so nice to scroll through this jungle of comments and read your post-workout impressions! 👌🏻😁 So good to know that you're enjoying these awesome mini workouts! Caroline is the best, isn't she? 💙 My husband is beyond excited about this new sessions ... they fit just perfect into his daily schedule. I'm currently doing 'circuit series' but I try to incorporate these workouts into my training schedule! Glad to hear your husband is able to join in with the advent calendar! It really is such a great idea for the holidays. I love it! Definitely a little present each day😆! My husband and I have continued to workout together each day. I really enjoy it. I love that circuit series! I was just thinking the other day that I hope she does a circuit workout. So I did day one shoulders after legs yesterday and thought I will stick the the plan and do this today. This is super loved the press as a staple and went heavy on those 17.5kg DBs dropping to 15ky DBs for the last set. Used 7.5 kg for the Lat work where those partials really do sting. On Arms I used 10kg. So quick, so efficeint, and so effective, definitely feel the pump and solidness especially in the shoulders. Awesome again 👏

Afternoon Anthony...well done...you’ve had a great day of workouts! Your weights as always are super impressive. By the end of this I just couldn’t believe how hard cobra push ups could be...but I kept on and did the triceps add on! My arms felt very well worked by the end! @@matthewalmond8274 Hi Matthew still in one piece as I think we managed to avoid the worst of it. Great session today these 20mins are great 👍 I tend to do Cardio after although yesterday did legs and shoulders so the advent got revenage today with more shoulders. I will be in touch over the next few days with an update.

Thank you so much for your workouts! These shorter ones are fabulous for when I’m unmotivated. I did this one two days ago and my triceps burn. Fabulous! Amazing what you can do in less than 30 minutes! 💕💕💕

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I only managed with soda cans as weights but lasted only around 9 minutes in the video when my arms completely gave up and I stopped😟 My MIL did the full video with 20 lb dumbbells! She has powerful massive shoulders and arms! I feel really low and defeated.
