20 MINUTE SHOULDERS & ARMS workout! Here we go!! Ready for my style of finisher? The triceps will be officially done!
Slow, controlled, focused and intense as always!! All angles of the shoulders, those triceps and biceps all will be challenged using a pair of dumbbells and then our bodyweight as resistance to really finish those triceps!
All you will need for this shoulder & arm workout is dumbbells and your mat!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 9kg each! I also use 6kg each for the LATERAL RAISES and REAR DELT FLYES!
The timer will be on for a majority of this workout 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest!
The staple is Shoulder Press and will appear 5 times in total!
All you will need for this shoulder & arm workout is dumbbells and your mat!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 9kg each! I also use 6kg each for the LATERAL RAISES and REAR DELT FLYES!

Love these shorter workouts during the Holidays. Motivation is hard this time of year and having a shorter workout that still works you is really helpful!

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I only managed with soda cans as weights but lasted only around 9 minutes in the video when my arms completely gave up and I stopped😟 My MIL did the full video with 20 lb dumbbells! She has powerful massive shoulders and arms! I feel really low and defeated.

I can’t believe I actually did the full minute of tricep push-ups at the end! These workouts are so motivating- it’s amazing to read everyone’s comments and see my own progress! Combined today’s workout with yesterday’s leg day, so my whole body feels alive and worked before I go to work today! Have a great day, everyone!

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I only managed with soda cans as weights but lasted only around 9 minutes in the video when my arms completely gave up and I stopped😟 My MIL did the full video with 20 lb dumbbells! She has powerful massive shoulders and arms! I feel really low and defeated.

Another great workout to look forward to! The hard work you put into these excellent workouts does not go unappreciated Caroline! Truthfully, so many exercise/fitness influences try to push you into buying something, but you don’t do that! I think that’s honorable. If it will support you, I would gladly buy an epic t-shirt! This is my favorite arm workout ever. I just got into dumbbell workouts, and everything seemed either intimidating or too easy. This is HARD, but not too long and I love the music and your upbeat vibe.

Today I did 30min ABSolute ABS as add-on after my main session and really enjoyed it! ☺ We had a little bit of snow here twice (we live near Frankfurt) ... most of the time it's raining. My family in Austria is enjoying a proper winter! They had heavy snowfall there ... very beautiful! Can't wait to see what Caroline has in store for us tomorrow! I have to take a rest day but maybe my husband will do the new workout ... sure to be a goodie! Enjoy the rest of your day! See you! 😊

I’ve been enjoying these short but intense workouts immensely. I feel amazing after, and find the workouts to be effective for maintaining muscle and overall tone! This was such a great combination of exercises for the shoulders and arms. Felt the burn.

Loved yesterdays Leg Day w/ the Squats & RDLs! Now, ready to hit those Shoulders and Arms. It'll be Fun Pushing through the Burn! Let's GO!😆👊 Day 8 Smashed! Shoulders & Arms feels great! Brilliant staple. Def challenging using heavier weights with the skull crushers and curls but kept at it. Fave was the finisher, tricep was done 😁. No add-on for me today. I run 6 km and them by shoulders arms session was Waiting for me. Such an incredible one! YoU are amazing. Triceps push ups are my nightmare, even if I do them on my knees. I so admire you!

Hi Caroline, I love your workouts that are less than 30 mins since I can do them with some other workouts of yours! Can you do a 1000 reps challenge video? I really loved those videos of yours. I have been following your workouts for 4 months now, although I didn't comment much cus I wanted to do that after I get some results. I'm going to have to combine this workout with yesterday's leg day. Going to have a sore body tomorrow. I'm at my parents' for a month so signed up at a local gym just to use their weights. First time I'll be doing Caroline's workouts out of the comfort of my home. I'm excited at the prospect of a range of dumbells at my disposal. The shoulder is going to be on FIRE. Love the workouts in this series! Not able to do shoulders right now as I'm in PT for them, but was able to lightly work the biceps and triceps. Really hard for me not to push it on upper body, but I'm also trying to avoid shoulder surgery and really lose my gains. As always Caroline, you are such a blessing to us all and thank you just isn't enough. You are truly appreciated for all that you do.

🎁 Another advent workout present opened, smashed and loved! 🎄😆 I enjoyed it from start to finish. My favorites were the rear delt flyes and the finisher 🤩! The pump was definitely real after this one!😆😁 Did the older 20 min shoulders and arms as my add-on today! Yet another great training day! See you tomorrow. Thanks Caroline!

Loved today’s shoulder and arms session. Followed by 15 minutes kettlebell full body. I can see that I am so much stronger with my kettlebell swings. Love these short and powerful workouts!

So I did day one shoulders after legs yesterday and thought I will stick the the plan and do this today. This is super loved the press as a staple and went heavy on those 17.5kg DBs dropping to 15ky DBs for the last set. Used 7.5 kg for the Lat work where those partials really do sting. On Arms I used 10kg. So quick, so efficeint, and so effective, definitely feel the pump and solidness especially in the shoulders. Awesome again 👏

By the end of this I just couldn’t believe how hard cobra push ups could be...but I kept on and did the triceps add on! My arms felt very well worked by the end! @@matthewalmond8274 Hi Matthew still in one piece as I think we managed to avoid the worst of it. Great session today these 20mins are great 👍 I tend to do Cardio after although yesterday did legs and shoulders so the advent got revenage today with more shoulders. I will be in touch over the next few days with an update.

Today is a festive day here in Italy.... So quieter rhythms.... But I could not miss these 20 minutes of upper body.... Gorgeous... Easy but perfect for a quick burning! I also did the extra triceps... For me it’s always a tough muscle to train😅! 20 minutes of cardio and my day started! Happy Wednesday to all!

Today my legs are really sore after yesterday’s training... and the 1000 lunge were really tough.... You did it too, so you can understand me! see you tomorrow.... What will be waiting for us?

Thank you so much for your workouts! These shorter ones are fabulous for when I’m unmotivated. I did this one two days ago and my triceps burn. Fabulous! Amazing what you can do in less than 30 minutes! 💕💕💕

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I only managed with soda cans as weights but lasted only around 9 minutes in the video when my arms completely gave up and I stopped😟 My MIL did the full video with 20 lb dumbbells! She has powerful massive shoulders and arms! I feel really low and defeated.

At the start with the lateral raises I was like "oh dear this is gonna burn" lol. So happy I seen it through, feeling strong today 😁👍 thank you ❤

I love these shorter workouts. Feels like I giving it more because I know it not a longer workout. Combining the workouts depending on time is amazing. Thank you Caroline. Today I I on a layover...already exhausted with the duty...didn't want to go to gym... I picked up .5litre bottles and completed the workout. No backing out! Next layover tomorrow, looking forward for workout! Thank you CG!

That finisher looks seriously tough… I like how Caroline keeps glancing up at the camera to let us know her triceps are BURNING! 🔥🔥🔥 I will do this in the afternoon, plus the add-on if my triceps have any strength left at all after the finisher!

Done with 7.5kg and 5kg dumbbells. Sure enough the finisher was brutal... there was a lot of grunting involved as I desperately tried to force my muscles to keep working! 🔥 Now to do the 15 minute add-on... my triceps are going to be SORE for the next couple of days!
