Been loving the fact that these workouts are so doable at anytime of the day. There are no excuses when they are so short and sweet! And I get a pump and sweat session out of it! 🎉

Loved the fact that is a no jump routine and there's several variations of the classic exercises.

First time doing this one. Great in the morning before work gets the heart pumping and SWEATY. Love the no jumping first thing as it warms up my bad knee perfectly. Fav fav list. 😁👋

Such a great workout! Been doing this every other morning along with gym and after 2 weeks I can feel myself getting fitter by the day!

I really appreciate the apartment friendly workouts, I always have to modify other routines myself and then I'm not sure if I'm keeping the right form. I just checked out the rest of your channel and see that you have others like this. I'm going to make these my primary home workouts.

Love your workouts so much!!! No jumping and realy interesting excersizes! A realy good workout! And love the fact that you realy try to make it no longer than 20 min, because I do not have time! And your motivation with words is just right! Not to little and not to much, just right! Am a Mom of 3! So thank you sooooo much! Realy makes my life better, my body and my mind! Thank you!!!! 🩷

Gurl I did random search for no jumping hiit... N ur video popped up... I thought to give it a try n u got me sweaty in first 10 min 💦... U rock girl... I'm gonna follow all ur workouts thank u so much... Ur channel is such a underrated one... Keep slaying girl... Ur workouts r so effective ❤️
