What an excellent low impact full body cardio, strength and sneaky mobility workout!!! Loved that it was no repeat and it was all body weight!! I have so many of your workouts as my favorite, but this one is definitely tops ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!! 👍😊

This is the best! Classic aerobic workout!, reminds me of the 80's and 90's . . . Yes I am that old and I can do this workout!

This workout has me collapsing all over my mat but I’m super thankful that you made this with no jumping since I’m recovering from an injury but still want to stay active!! Thank you for this killer workout ❤️❤️
