One of the best 20 minute full body workout I have seen. I am into running 8km a day five or six times a week but would try and fit this routine twice a week and see it’s impact on my running. I think I shall stand to benefit.

First of all to get put on muscle u will have to put on some body weight also .u will completely not be shredded with muscle in natural way. Bit to get shreaded naturally u bulk up first then ne on a cutting cycle which will be high protein and fat diet mid carb and increse the workout intemsity them u can be shredded naturally but u need to bulk a lot fist them cutn slowly it tales time bro . I like your 20min full body exercise using dumbbells. I would like to know what would be suggested weight for medium and low range. Also could you suggest different variations of exercise so exercise doest become boring. I find it difficult to do push up and all variations. I think have weak arms and chest. I try to do from edges bed. Wishing you all the best

I was able to it. I will do it everyday. I use a clock timer on phone and it took me 25 mins. Thanks a ton. I was a member of FITTR/SQUATS so my form is good. Lot of new things. Like Pike Pushups and Moving Pushups and Diamond Pushup and Russian Twist.
