Your challenge is the only one that doesn't have me frustrated with myself on Day 4 already. Sure, I have sore muscels I didn't even know I had, but I'm looking forward to the next days. Yeah, my head didn't even come close to touching the ground in yesterdays supported headstand, but you offering modifications this often really helped me not being frustrated, but proud of how far I've come already. I have scoliosis, so strenghtening my back muscels is really important for my health and since I started doing your yoga flows, I see so much progress! Thank you!

Engaged with 30 day challenge. Liking it. Suggest alternating single leg "half plough" as warm up to plough. Plough can overtax lower lumbar if not ready. Thanks!

So I have embarked on the 30 day Yoga challenge, although my version will be the 60 day Yoga challenge. Unfortunately at nearly seventy I need that extra day for my bod to recover. I have been following Charlie for a couple of years and I have seen a vast improvement in my body in that time. With that in mind I felt more than prepared to face up to the 30 day challenge. I am really enjoying it. I find that I can manage lots of the positions, albeit not to Charlies standard. I have to admit that I have broken into laughter on more than one occasion. I follow Charlie on my tablet, listen to her describe movements and then glancing at the screen to make sure I am roughly in the same position. Yesterday I followed this practice, listening to Charlie I placed my forearms on the mat for a forearm plank, I then proceeded to place my forehead on the mat. I then heard Charlie say straighten your legs as in downward dog, I then missed what Charlie said. So there I was bum in the air, head pushed into the mat, breathing. At that point I thought I best check the screen to make sure I am were I should be. There was Charlie standing on her head, legs perfectly horizontal at 90 degrees, steady as a rock. Needless to say I collapsed in a heap of laughter at my attempt. Regardless, I love following Charlie, truly inspirational. Does anybody else talk back to her when practicing as I do?

Perfect again!❤ I am lagging behind as usual, trying to incorporate the challenge into my busy schedule, dancing lessons and running, as well as some health issues, but whenever I find time and energy, these challenge sessions are like a reward for me. And it is really great to see the progress - if I tried this programme half a year ago, I'd have had to modify much more and some things I wouldn't be able to do even with modifications. I’m liking this so far! I was worried with the short time on the videos, but it’s a great time to approach yoga like a beginner to check my body alignment and to break habits that I have of doing things wrong by paying attention. I’ve already found two things I didn’t know I was doing a bit wrong til day 1 and day 3. I GOT EAGLE LEGS! ok only 1/3 of my foot was fully in place on both sides. But I wrapped them!!!!!! Thank you for challenging me!!!
