Welcome to your 20-minute Yoga full-body stretch for sore muscles and tension relief. It's a quick yoga class full of delicious stretches for the entire body, which hopefully anyone can fit into a tight schedule. These Stretches will help you feel your best mentally and physically. You can do these stretches any time of day, in the morning, afternoon or evening!
These full-body yoga stretches are designed to be accessible for people of all ages, sizes and muscular structures, even big muscled bodybuilders can participate. I will be offering ways to make the stretches accessible through pose modifications and the use of yoga props (Blocks & A Strap). If you workout a lot at the gym then this could be a great yoga video to add to your post-workout stretch routine, or if you sit at a desk a lot then these stretches will leave you feeling refreshed and loosened up ready for the rest of the day.
