Welcome to your 20-minute Yoga full-body stretch for sore muscles and tension relief. It's a quick yoga class full of delicious stretches for the entire body, which hopefully anyone can fit into a tight schedule. These Stretches will help you feel your best mentally and physically. You can do these stretches any time of day, in the morning, afternoon or evening!
These full-body yoga stretches are designed to be accessible for people of all ages, sizes and muscular structures, even big muscled bodybuilders can participate. I will be offering ways to make the stretches accessible through pose modifications and the use of yoga props (Blocks & A Strap). If you workout a lot at the gym then this could be a great yoga video to add to your post-workout stretch routine, or if you sit at a desk a lot then these stretches will leave you feeling refreshed and loosened up ready for the rest of the day.

Hi from India...Can you please do a 30 day yoga challenge each around 20 minutes that would be of great help for those who have tight schedule.We love your previous 30 day challenge but can't do it as it's all lengthy ones..pls do consider our request
