I think you just created another All Time Favorite! I enjoyed every single thing about this. The backdrop, the warm up the great arm movements, all of the punching and especially changing movement that we've done for a while into fast intervals. I was even able to do the plank! I listen to an audiobook during this time. 2) I do your dynamic elements of the exercises twice as slowly as you do, because I can't stand that pace in the morning. You have no idea how much I appreciate these videos!! I'm 60 and live in a rural area without easy access to classes (plus being an introvert!). I was feeling pretty washed up, but after just a few of your videos I am already feeling better!! I have chosen about half dozen of different lengths and intensities to try. After only 4 times and watching this video for the first time I was like....oh yeah, I know this move...hahaha. Some others my arms and legs are not quite going the right way! 😂 I find each class FUN and challenging. Thank you SO MUCH!!!

Jules, had a great workout today. I did the 5 minute warm up followed by week 21 strength training and then saw this new HIIT workout. I was able to finished them all but slowed down on a few. After I see what we're gong to do I try not to look at the monitor and just concentrate on the music so I don't feel compelled to keep up with your speed. Plan to do this one every other day until I can keep up with the high intensity part. Now, time for my sciatica and toning. Have a great day! 😊

Whew!!!! We did this one (with some modifications) today!!! I have to tell you something we’ve been saying for a long time now. Whenever we’re doing a difficult move, we watch the timer and wait for the 10 sec mark. We say “Come on, keep going…we can do anything for 10 seconds!” That’s how we push ourselves to complete the move. Sometimes we have to say “Where’s the 10 sec mark??????” lol Doing whatever it takes to make it through. Rex tried to be tough and do the floor plank, but sadly, he couldn’t stay up the whole time….just gotta try sometimes. Thanks for such great workouts and for Comoros challenge and support our efforts. You’re our bestie!!!!❤

20 stars!!!! Did everything but lunges [I did "cheater" lunges/half way], but have no problems w/squats. Will be working on those lunges. I was actually able to do the entire 60 seconds of the plank. I think it helps doing that movement "with" someone - even on screen. Doing it by myself I barely lasted 30 seconds lol. THANK YOU for an awesome workout...sharing your channel with friends!

Thank you for another new and invigorating work out. You help me want to try new things. I find doing the squats at a faster pace is tricky because I’m trying to make sure I keep good form. I’ve heard so much about making sure my knees don’t go over my toes and pushing my hips back as if I was going to sit in a chair. Pushing my hips back as if I was going to sit in a chair. Same with the single squats. This is just me and I’m making the necessary changes to fit my needs but I just thought I’d pass on my concern. You are doing a great job and offering a wonderful service. Please don’t take my concern as a criticism or judgment.

Absolutely! Instead of lunges, you can opt to do squats. Or, if you can't do squats, you can sit down on a chair and stand up again to get the same leg & glute strengthening benefits. Or, just do a step touch/dance move. Lots of options:)

I’d love to but I have a REALLY hard time finding appropriate music that still has a good beat and makes you want to move. I pay a subscription to a music company so I can use what is on their site. I rarely use copyrighted popular music because it’s very complicated and anytime I use it, I make zero income on them (it goes to the music companies). I can’t tell you the amount of time I spend looking for good music. I definitely try:)

My suggestion is to do a step-touch when we do squats so that way you can still enjoy a variety of workouts, without having to do the squats. Or, you could have a chair beside you and do sit-to-stands when we squat. I'm meeting with a PT pelvic floor specialist tomorrow, actually, so stay tuned for a video coming out soon. So many women have the same issue so it's something I want to address in videos.

Too complicated for me. I managed to keep moving though not necessarily with you--I'm a klutz. My fitbit was happy. I do appreciate the monthly schedule.

I got a good chuckle during your into when you said "...and if you don't like the squats..." Now, "liking" squats is kinda like getting my annual flu shot. It's an annoyance, but I know it's good for me.

I know this is weird, but I find I do better with these non-talking workouts if I mute the sound. Your steps are not always in sync with the music and it throws me off. Without the music I just watch you and follow along.

Thanks for the feedback, JoAnne. With this one I followed music for the warm-up and cool-down but edited in more upbeat music for the intervals during the editing process. I didn’t think it would affect the video since we are each going at our best pace…but maybe it didn’t work out as I had hoped!
