I'm trying find a word for how incredible you are but I've ran out. To you and your husband for the time put into this is just above awesome. I loved it, absolutely loved it. (1) you gave us time to get right weight and form (2) you worked every bit of muscle (3) having cardio ad well was a great addition. I loved the chest one..wow great change from lying down or sitting. That was ggggreat. The skeleton telling us where we were working 10/10. Made you concentrate on that muscle. Jules you put everything into your channel. You obviously listen to all your feedback and thats clear by your workouts. You constantly make changes to your set up and ask what we like. Your a dream. New informative graphics, new exercises and different intervals. I normally stay away from these workouts because, well, they're usually too difficult for me because of my hypothyroidism and Hashimoto symptoms. I normally do cardio and one of the 5 day strength workouts 5 days a week. But, because of the way you did the intervals. I made it through the workout! I am currently a sweaty, quivering muscles, a$$ kicked 58 year old woman who did it! I feel accomplished. I consider that a brilliant workout! Thank you Jules. 💙💙💙💙💙

Since I already enjoy your videos, I couldn't imagine what you could do differently to make me enjoy it even more. However, I loved the body images that show what muscle group I'm working. Liked the count down to get started as well because it keeps me focused. I also like how you mix it up the amount of time you do moves through out your videos, it keeps my body guessing and not in a rut by doing the same amount of time every time I exercise. Love the slower pace of lifting weights - builds more strength than a quick swing up and down. .Graphics fantastic so you can see which areas you are working on. Finally, love the enlarged photo of what’s coming up next, giving time to make an adjustment as to what weight you need for this part of the session. Thank you, as ever Jules x

Oh wow! What an awesome comment to read tonight. Thanks so much and a massive welcome to my channel! I’m sure you noticed already but I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. I hope you continue to enjoy the workouts.

Age 71 here, and loving these rigorous, all-inclusive workouts. They re especially welcome when I travel or life prevents me from doing your 5-day strength training . I am wondering if you have any 3-day strength-training workouts.

Thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback. I have a 2 day strength program that follows the 5 day one. You can either do each day twice a week (for example Mon/Thur and the other day on Tues/Fri (or something similar); or you can do both workouts together at once 2-3x a week. Either will give you a great full body workout each week which will allow you to see progress.

Hi Jules. Whew this was workout and a half! I absolutely loved it! The colour scheme, the format and the images showing which muscles I was using. I can’t imagine the planning and work you put into your routines and I’m so grateful to you for changing my life for the better 💪🦵🏃♀️➡️❤️😊
