Thank you Jules. This is my favourite type of workout of mixing cardio and strength alternately in a full body all-in-one 30 minute workout. Nothing feels too extreme on my body doing the same thing for too long and the time whizzes by. Thank you for taking the time, as busy as life can get to keep us moving. ❤

I'm 76 years old and 5 months post knee replacement. This was a great workout. I adapted a couple of the exercises but never had to stop. Thank you for your great workouts!

Love your workouts. Live in retirement home. We start at 8.30am each morning 7 days a week. Participants range from 4 to 12 people in front of big screen. Love the variety

I'm trying find a word for how incredible you are but I've ran out. To you and your husband for the time put into this is just above awesome. I loved it, absolutely loved it. (1) you gave us time to get right weight and form (2) you worked every bit of muscle (3) having cardio ad well was a great addition. I loved the chest one..wow great change from lying down or sitting. That was ggggreat. The skeleton telling us where we were working 10/10. Made you concentrate on that muscle. Jules you put everything into your channel. You obviously listen to all your feedback and thats clear by your workouts. You constantly make changes to your set up and ask what we like. Your a dream. Cannot thank you enough❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Oh my gawd! My shirt is soaked! Worked hard on this one! I had to lighten up my weight choices a couple of times but I finished the whole thing! Even the balance parts, put my foot down but didn't teeter over! I will be repeating this one! Thanx for combining everything. 🦵💪🔥

Hi from Western Australia - I have been doing your workouts for most of this year. At almost 70 I managed to lose a few kilos and do some challenging hiking in England and Scotland in June and July. I get bored easily so thanks for all the variety in your workouts!

New informative graphics, new exercises and different intervals. I normally stay away from these workouts because, well, they're usually too difficult for me because of my hypothyroidism and Hashimoto symptoms. I normally do cardio and one of the 5 day strength workouts 5 days a week. But, because of the way you did the intervals. I made it through the workout! I am currently a sweaty, quivering muscles, a$$ kicked 58 year old woman who did it! I feel accomplished. I consider that a brilliant workout! Thank you Jules. 💙💙💙💙💙

❤ x a million! Love your new graphics showing which muscles we're working. Excellent visual of your admonition to "focus on the muscle". You also did an exceptional demonstration of this. I could see your determination as you switched from one exercise/muscle group to another. Fun doing the "flying knee lifts" in the warm up. The forty second rounds morphing to the thirty second ones at the end made the thirty minutes fly by. Thank you profusely.

Since I already enjoy your videos, I couldn't imagine what you could do differently to make me enjoy it even more. However, I loved the body images that show what muscle group I'm working. Liked the count down to get started as well because it keeps me focused. I also like how you mix it up the amount of time you do moves through out your videos, it keeps my body guessing and not in a rut by doing the same amount of time every time I exercise. Thanks so much Jules you really do put a lot of time and effort in these videos for us and I am so appreciative.

Love the slower pace of lifting weights - builds more strength than a quick swing up and down. .Graphics fantastic so you can see which areas you are working on. Finally, love the enlarged photo of what’s coming up next, giving time to make an adjustment as to what weight you need for this part of the session. Thank you, as ever Jules x

Age 71 here, and loving these rigorous, all-inclusive workouts. They re especially welcome when I travel or life prevents me from doing your 5-day strength training . I am wondering if you have any 3-day strength-training workouts.

Thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback. I have a 2 day strength program that follows the 5 day one. You can either do each day twice a week (for example Mon/Thur and the other day on Tues/Fri (or something similar); or you can do both workouts together at once 2-3x a week. Either will give you a great full body workout each week which will allow you to see progress.
