I love your workouts and having been doing them faithfully for several years now! I've added 2 or 5 lb weights to all the short interval workouts and my latest scans for osteoporosis (nasty side effect of cancer drugs) have improved dramatically, not to forget to mention my arms look much more toned! Thank you so much, you've been life changing!!

You just recharged me for the rest of this week! From the first energizing note of the music, to your vibrant pink against the beachy background (it is actually windy, cold, and raining in Idaho this morning!), and your bouncing pony tail atop your beautiful smile, today's video hit all the spots. The one leg side kicks with same arm punches were welcomed, especially since you mixed up their variety throughout the video, including changing to alternating legs. Fifteen seconds for those -- even having just had my bad knee injected -- was just right. Thank you for shaving off a quarter of today's 10,000 steps.

I only had 2307 steps, but that 2307 more than sitting in my recliner. By following low carb/low sugar and doing your videos, I am down 12 lbs since 5/22. I try to do 1 hour of the videos per day, but some days, I don't make the full hour. With you having videos of different time lengths, it really helps to meet that goal on busier days. I do throw a round of golf in 2 - 3 times a weeks. Thanks so much.

I had to leave a note to thank you for this workout. I like the 15-intervals because they get my heart rate up. I started with your videos in March 2024. Since then, I've lost almost 70 lbs. I have 14 more to go. Thanks again for all you do.

It only rained slightly this afternoon, so it was just right that all I had to do was to "squat slightly"... ...sure don't ever want to have to do squats while we're having a hurricane...I'd probably never be able to get me arse off the floor after the first hurricane-strength squat...

I have to say as someone who is used to doing intense cardio workouts your workouts are a nice change of pace. I made all the moves more intense by keeping my arms above my head and bending my legs more. Still got 2836 steps in! I love the stretches at the end you rock!

This is one of your best ones for me because you find sneaky ways of working the legs using squat like movements rather than lunges. Also I love the option of shorter intervals which seems to encourage me to work harder. The pop of pink gives a bright uplifting colour as well. ❤

I love these workouts Jules you can adjust them to how you feel on the day. Sometimes I speed walk or jog, sometimes I just do a gentle walk. You always have something to keep me active so thank you 💕

Thanks for the excellent workout Jules. My physio therapist has recommended 15-20 second intervals for my cardio due to my arthritic hips and shoulders! This was a blast to do!😉

This is perfect! The brief intervals keep me engaged and there's no chance to think, "OH, lord, when will this move end?!" because it's already time for the next one, lol. And I have asthma, so a workout with no walk/rest interval is really difficult for me. This one was just right! Got a good sweat going, and it felt more like a dance workout than serious exercise. Thank you!

I’ve subscribed to your channel for a long time but have never commented. I loved today’s session with 15 sec. intervals. I’d love to have a few more easier balance sessions. Balance is my biggest downfall. There is no way I can raise my arm above my head when doing the leg stretches. Thanks. Lori

Your workouts are the only video workouts (or any other workout) that I look forward to. I love the format of no talking while exercising while reading the encouraging or informative messages on the screen. I mainly like the 20-minute workouts or the 10-minute, and I'll do two of those. I love the music from the 60s and 70s also. Thanks. I'm enjoying this.

5 more days of no jog-in-place intensity...sigh... I add my Two Thumbs Up for the "walking every other" timed segment (whether 15, 20, or 30 seconds). This allows me some flexibility in working in some of my favorite "dance around the room" steps that include getting my arms above my shoulders (to add additional cardio). It's always a good day when I can do "The Mummer's Strut" around the place!

I have been doing this workout along with the 3000 step one (taking a hydration rest/break in between) and I love it! Haven’t been doing it long enough to lose any weight, but I FEEL so much better after I’m done! The intervals make each step easy to complete. (I am 66 and have been a couch potato for too long!). I love the split screen that shows what move is coming up and I love that you don’t talk so I can hear the beat of the music. Thanks for getting me motivated again!

As for the weight, that will happen over time. Just do your best to work out daily and when you're ready, add strength workouts into the mix, too. I hope you continue to enjoy what I create.

Golly gosh😅😅😅. That was a workout and a half 😅. Admittedly I only got to 8 50, but hey, it's not bad😊 for someone who is getting over a week and a half of gastro. It's been going through our region like a dose of the salts😅😅😅. But on the upside ❤😊❤, I've lost just over 4 kg 😊. What a way to go though 😅😂😅. Now maybe I can lose the other 12-15 kgs 😅. Eating heaps less. My tummy says"NO"! So with this fantastic workout and my loss of appetite, I might get there sooner than I'd hoped for 😊❤😊. Ready for summer and all my amazing 60' s summer dresses 👗🥻👗❤😊❤. See you later this afternoon. I'll try to finish the last eight and a half minutes 😅.

😅 I'm back on 2 to 3 times workout a day! 🎉 only 2 days left with antibiotiques. And I'm top shap... Ouf! After 2 1/2 bigs weeks sinusitis bye bye! So today I did the 3000 steps and tonight this 2500 steps 🎉 for July I will like to get to 50 pounds lost... know 42lb. Go!go! Just if my boddy is ok with that. I listen to my boddy 😅 ok, water and relax Carole see you tomorrow Jules haha!

Love, love, love the 15 sec intervals!! W/O goes by so fast! Will be on repeat with Summer Arms Strength vid and 10 minute toned legs vid. I’ve been doing these every other day for a couple of weeks. Strength training at 63 never felt so good. 🤩 Thanks, Jules

Love this workout Jules. I did it all the way thru with 3lb weights. I felt better after your workout . Love the music and your dedication in helping others. You are a great role model for all of us here. Hope you have a great weekend and enjoy the weather. It will be 115 to 117 the next 2 weeks. So I'm indoors with AC working out with you. I've spent the last three days visiting with family...and doing 30 minutes of laps in the pool each day. Today is my first day back to 2-mile morning walkabout and then afternoon aerobics. This was a good "getting back to it" workout!

I did this video work out the other day and was pressed for time so I didn’t get an opportunity to comment and tell you how much I love this video. As I’ve said before some days along workout or walk, doesn’t always fit in with your schedule. And I love the opportunity to be able to do one or two shorter videos a day. This one was particularly fun because it was challenging and on those days when you’re a little attention deficit challenged it really keeps your mind focused changing every 15 minutes. Another great job and again you have brought me so far on my recovery and keep all my muscle groups working and challenged. Have a fabulous day.

I loved this workout! I am new to Improved Health and have loved all of them so far. This is a favorite because of the faster pace - and I added 2 pound weights. I loved the music also! Great cueing! One other thing I also liked is the stretching is after the 20 minutes was done. Some of them include the stretching in the time of the workout. I am addicted to these workouts. Love all the music and the exercises. They are awesome!

I'm guessing you already figured it out, but I create 3 levels (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all in the playlists.
