This 20 min DISCO walking workout has been created for seniors and beginners looking for exercises that boost energy and mood. The 20 minutes will fly by as you listen to familiar disco music and before you know it, the workout will be done. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2424 steps.

Whenever I absolutely do NOT want to do my afternoon workout, I know what I need to do. I pull on my tight hippie-hugger, polyester bellbottoms, lace up my platform shoes, and I commence to doing the Funk!

I am an active 78 year old senior who has been watching your videos in an attempt to stay healthy, happy and feel better about myself. Thank you for making it possible for us older participants to find a workable, enjoyable program that we can use anytime we need a boost. I chose your Abba Mama Mia video first because I absolutely love their music, but am now successfully tackling your challenging interval training workouts. I am SO happy to read your comment and that you are starting to exercise, Martha! Amazing!!! You're starting with quite a challenging workout so I hope you didn't find it too much (you're in overall good physical shape if you managed this one and haven't exercised regularly before!). Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. I might suggest starting with ones that are a little easier since you're brand new to exercise. If you check out the gentle or beginner level playlists, you'll find plenty of workouts that would be great for starting out. They'll also allow you to continue daily without being too sore. I'm definitely looking forward to reading about your progress as time goes on, Martha!

I was suddenly swept back to the 70s, dancing in the clubs to KC and Donna Summers. Thank you for the bridge workout. I'll be doing this set over and over again.

Jules, I was so stiff today, mostly around my mid section and this workout worked the stiffness out - it felt wonderful and I feel so much better! I'm going to stretch some more to hopefully ward it off from coming back. Thank you!

I'm 67 years old. I liked also disco dancing and you are fantastic: you speak with your smile ! I have been doing exercises for my body and mund. I also did boxing until 6 years ago when l lived in Italy. Your program, without jump, are super and do me a lot of good. The wholr body works. 5 or 6 days a week I practise chancing videos. I'm exhausted today because I did not sleep well last night. However I pushed myself and did this workout and I yawned the entire time lol! Nothing to do with you just the fact that I'm exhausted. At what I thought was the end of the video just about to sit down and you say stretch 😢 but I want to sit. I went ahead and stretched and now I am ready for bed after I shower. Thank you ❤

It's tough to push ourselves to workout on those days, but kudos to you for doing it. We can always have excuses for why we can't work out, but then we'll never work out.😉👋

I'm glad to read that you'll modify this one. I would like to use the music on my chair channel but I only pay for this music subscription under this channel. I use another music provider for the seated channel.

I just went to look at the backdrop to understand what you're talking about with the strong arm...took me a few seconds and then I saw it. It made me laugh. Now every time I edit a video with that backdrop I'm going to think of the strong arm:)

I'm 69 years old and have been doing your workouts probably for over a year. Really really loved your dance moves in this. Reminded me of my disco days so hope that you will make more videos that are dancy. Thanks for all you do! 😂

Bonjour Jules, je suis de retour (i'm back). Après un petit arrêt à cause d'une mauvaise grippe surement à cause de la période des fêtes ou on baisse un peu la garde en faisant moins attention aux microbes autour de nous plus le manque de sommeil avec tout ces belles rencontres de famille, anyway je prend ça positivement en me disant que maintenant j'ai les anticorps pour ne plus rattraper la grippe de l'hiver 🙂. Donc je reprend aujourd'hui mes entrainements avec vous. Quel bonheur de vous retrouver. Merci et bonne année 2024 et svp continuer de nous faire de super vidéos plus motivant les uns que les autres .

Aw, thank you for your lovely message. Like you, I was unwell, too. I battled the flu for 5 days and then had vertigo after the flu! It was a rough few weeks. Glad we’re both back to being healthy and ready to take on what 2024 brings us:)

Had so much fun. Great pace. I like the new combinations. Particularly knee lift to the right knee left to the left and then 2 forward. It was easier for my balance this way and I felt like I could do better form. Also for me I like to do alternate bicep curls for the grapevine. It helps me keep my hips forward and twist my leg back to get that thigh stretch. This is going into my saved library group for doing again and again.💃💕
