Reminder for myself and others: if you couldn’t do one or two moves (looking at you, side plank), you still did almost the entire video! That’s a huge deal. Especially coming from beginner, to moderate, and getting into intermediate. It’s a journey. ❤ Be kind to yourself.

I am very active (bicycling long distances) but very inflexible. I'm mid 50s, my spine Doctor told me to do pilates to help with degenerative discs in neck. I love your classes, but struggle with even child's pose as my feet are also inflexible (one fused large toe, other arthritic). I had trouble with this pilates because of the plant, and lift one leg part, but I did what I could do. Thank you, you are fun to watch when I can't do a particular exercise; I just do what I can. : )

Thanks Nicole, for my first full Pilates class! I’ve been doing nearly daily online sessions for nearly 3 years now, mostly yoga and sometimes QiGong and thought i’d try pilates this morning. Maybe i should’ve gone for a beginners sequence! It was challenging but mostly doable, even if shaky at times. Good to expand!

Omg, this was AMAZING! My glutes & legs were on FIRE during the Up & Down/Twist Lunges & the exercise where we stepped our foot back & forward & did 10 Lunge Pulses after. That literally KILLED my butt. And the ab sequence was also a burner! THANK YOU!

Mine too. It’s the perfect workout for my body’s needs. I like working out first thing in the morning but cannot handle anything too strenuous. And yoga is too repetitive & not challenging enough. I adore these workouts ❤

@@yanikeonpurpose I did yoga for quite a long time, but at some point I realized that it does not bring me the pleasure that it used to. I realized that I needed to try something new. Now Pilates for me is a combination of inner peace and strength. I like that in Pilates, as in yoga, it is important to listen to internal sensations, this also helps to develop self-control

i love your videos sooooo much i’ve tried other videos but they aren’t as relaxing and nice as yours!! i love it when the videos are outside it makes me feel not so claustrophobic watching on the tv and i love the 15-20 min videos since i’m doing them before work. i’ve been doing your videos every day for a month and can’t really tell if they’re making my body smaller but they sure are making my body stronger as well as helping my mind. thank you so much for what you do my fav was when you had us put a hand on our heart and belly and think about 3 things that we’re thankful for. anyways. thank you ❤️🔥

This was so good! I'm new to pilates but this was by far the best one I've tried so far. You move at an amazing pace and I didn't feel overwhelmed. I love the way you walk us through each move and instruct on breathing. I'm sweating and so happy to do another workout tomorrow!🎉

Thank you for a challenging morning routine that still hits the stretching basics! I recently started waking up early to exercise and have found it really difficult to be flexible or have balance in the wee hours. This was very helpful, woke up my muscles in the beginning so I felt like I could actually stick the more difficult poses/moves in the end. Wonderful, as always!
