Had the beautiful realization of how strong and fit I’ve become with this flow… the wheel pose was effortless and such great relief for my abs with all the ab work you’ve been putting us through 😮💨I love the connection and engagement with and control over my body that consistent Pilates and yoga is fostering for me❤ I could feel my heart beat throughout my entire body when we laid still before closing the practice, I feel amazing🥰

Whenever I see yoga on our program I usually skip because I’m not flexible and usually find it boring but this was so enjoyable, it pushed me and I was able to do most of the stretches and if I couldn’t I did as much as I could and just breathed. Thanks so much Nicole ❤
