Hi again! I have another question, is mat pilates good enough strength training for women in their 40s or should I add a day of weights in a week? Thank you!
@LivAligned7 ай бұрын
Hey there! I am all for mixed training and moving your body in as many different ways as you like. Although Mat Pilates requires a lot of strength to support your body weight throughout the movements and can help you build towards your strength goals, I truely believe there are so many benefits to weight training, even if it’s 1-2 a week. I personally include weight training into my fitness routines to strengthen and build muscle mass, have healthy joints & challenge myself in different ways. I hope this helps 😌 Have a lovely day 💗✨
