Join me for a 20 minute TOTAL BODY STRETCH ROUTINE for muscle recovery and relaxation. Do this sequence after your workout or on your rest day. We'll perform mostly static stretches with a few flowing movements throughout. You'll recognize a couple of familiar YOGA postures within the routine as well. My upper body (neck/back/shoulders) felt really tight I almost didn't work out today. But I did one of your HIIT with cardio and decided to add this routine as well. I feel so much better. Your verbal guidance through each pose makes a huge difference (your mind forgets to pull up tall and needs that reminder sometimes!)

Ha yes I did the same two classes to finish week 1 of the winter challenge😊👍 some lovely stretches ❤ the twists as suffer from low back ache. Well done Mikala really like your workouts. 😊 looking forward to week 2 on Monday

That's it. Final day of the Winter Challenge completed 😊. I totally, totally enjoyed this stretch practice. If I could give more than 1👍 I would. Super end to the 8 week series. I will definitely be revisiting this one for sure. More like this Mik please. But to be honest I like all your workouts 😁✅. Especially the 20/30 minute workouts. Thank you.

Incredible workout as always. Got every part of the body...including calming the mind. I also want to mention what a terrific job you do selecting the musical tracks you use in conjunction with the movements, which enhances the workout. Thank you for everything you do.

Such a wonderful stretch that allowed me to lengthen and relax my muscles while calming my mind. I was totally in the moment throughout this session and now, I am feeling terrific!! Beautiful way to finish the Winter Workout Challenge 2023!! Week 8/Day 6 is done and the challenge is done in its entirety!! 😌💗!!!!! Loved doing this again Week 1/Day 6 June 2023 Challenge!!! 😌

Fabulous stretch routine! I suffer from Rheumatoid arthritis and I deal with an incredible amount of stiffness in my joints and muscles. This stretch routine is very healing to my body and increases my vitality throughout the day. Thank you, Melissa ❤❤❤

This was such a nice stretch, thanks Mik! One SMALL suggestion, I prefer the flow of a stretch routine when you do the standing stuff first then move down to the floor for the rest, just so that there's less up/down and you can then chill on the floor at the end haha xoxox

I started this June 2024 workout on Tues June 18th, and finished today, Tues July 16th! I'm so proud of myself for doing this challenge, and I'm ready to try another one!!

Excellent stretch. Hoping for a future 30 minute stretch routine please! I will do this multiple times but at a slower playback speed to extend the length of time.

this stretch routine was great. s hort enough to do after cardio and bands work out but also hits every major part of my body as well. Thanks so much. even felt parts of me lengthening that I did not realize have not really gotten a stretch release in quiet a long time.
