done forget to work on your TVA muscles. These kind of work out can be hard on people who have week TVA's. Didn't know that after three kids. These videos are so much easier after I did a week of working just on TVA's :) I am will you, really want to be strong heading into 50 ;)

i’m doing this workout during quarantine 🤪 💪🏼 here are the updates: day 1, april 23- honestly this workout wasn’t as bad as i thought. i enjoyed it and took lil rests in between 😂 i’m excited to see where this journey takes me!! day 2, april 23- the workout definitely required more dedication today, but it made me feel great!! my abs started to get a lil sore today due to yesterday’s workout 😙 day 3 and 4, april 26- i honestly feel great! i love how she keeps the workouts short!! i definitely feel like the 15 min full body workout was the most effective by far! i’m also not slacking as much and i can keep up with her more! :) can’t wait until tomorrow!! day 5, april 27- this workout was definitely more of a killer since i also did the warmup she recommended before the actual workout. i feel great! day 6, april 28, this workout was more on the easy side since it was only about 10 minutes. i did feel like i could keep up more so i am very proud about that! day 7, april 29- this workout hurttt my hands since we had to use a dumbbell ahaha. it was pretty fast and easy in my opinion! day 8, april 30- this workout definitely drained a lot more energy because it requires a lot of moving and pumping lmao. i feel ABSOLUTELY great tho!! day 9, april 31- DAMNNN these full body workouts are INTENSEE. ngl today’s workout felt like it was never going to end lmfaooo. today’s workout probably made me sweat the most!! i’m super proud i didn’t fall behind and didn’t take a water break!! i felt AMAZING after! this workout made a huge difference! day 10, april 3- i honestly don’t like using weights while working out but it wasn’t too bad! day 11, april 3- i didn’t have a booty ban but i still made today’s workout work. i wish she didn’t use equipment :// day 12, april 4- DUDE this is the first time my face was DRENCHED in sweat.. like on the mat drenched.. for some reason all the sweat hit literally the second after i finished today’s workout lmfaooo 😂😂 I LOVED TODAYS WORKOUTT I FEEL AMAZING OMG!! day 13, april 5- ahh i did two workouts today!! one at 5 am and then madfits at 10 pm lmfaoo my legs and inner thighs be hurtinggg!! honestly, i feel like my body is finally making changes ahahaha day 14, april 6- my trapezius’s were BURNINGG the last two minutes woww i’m definitely gonna be sore tomorrow lmfao day 15, may 7- WOW i am starting to see abs forming!! i honestly like this style of workout way better than the others! had me sweating like crazy!! day 16, may 8- aight, imma start a diet now. day 17 may 8- killerrrr day 18- may 9- okay okay, i’m going to actually start a no sweets diet. day 19, may 25- unfortunately i wasn’t able to workout for a long time, but now i am back! i broke the sweets diet because yesterday was my birthday, so we are gonna start the diet tomorrow! lmaoo day 20, may 29- only 10 more days!! i’m starting to be back on track!! 😎😎💪🏼💪🏼 day 21, may 30- my neckkkk day 22, june 4- i’m OBSESSED with her butt and ab workouts!!

I know it sounds good to do them everyday but space them out a bit. You might rip your core muscles. Instead of doing core everyday, try doing it only 2-3 times a week. I'm just telling you from experience. It isn't worth it. Also, if you wanna still keep exercising everyday, do a leg, butt, arm, or cardio workouts. you'll see more change

Wow! You have come a long way! I like that you started giving breaks and you worked on your language and the grace you gave people. At one point you said “dont be lazy” but everyone is starting somewhere different and you didn’t allow any breaks which made it easier for ppl to quit if they felt like they couldn’t keep up! Anywho I love they way you have pivoted your videos to be a bit more motivating and inclusive

@idk I suggest doing Chloe's older videos and her Intense Core Challenge. She has some good workouts, I think her cardio's more effective though. But I think mixing up workouts from different fitness people work best. I usually follow Chloe's programs and replace some of the workouts there with a similar one from other channels like Madfit and Pamela Reif since they challenge me more.

I love the pairing of exercises and repeating them twice! Often times when I do the exercise one time I’m prolly not doing it rigth so doing the second time helps me understand what I’m supposed to do! Thank you Maddie for this! Best core workout ever, and I've tried a-lot. No rest really keeps your core engaged and the variation between 'on your back' and 'plank' excersizes is what makes it doable. Keeps challenging, love it

maddie explained it as if you were a dog that curls his tail to his belly? like that kind of motion, you want that back to stick to the mat, also suck your belly into the spine, like you must intentionally tense up you muscles, it makes a whole lot difference, the proper posture is key to those exercies effectively. you don't need hours at the gym, i do 20 minutes of madfit everyday and i get my workout as intense and proper as i can and man, results are coming in, way quicker than when i was doing hours of videos but with shitty posture just to get it done. so, just try to visualize those muscles and try various movements to get the posture right. also it helps to have your head and neck up when trying to put lower back down into the mat, makes it easier in the beginnig, so for example all the leg drops i do while also crunching up b/c then m posture is good. i think i went overboard with the reply hahaha, i just want to help out!

Instead of negative based affirmations "don't be lazy, don't give up" could you do more "you got this!" "keep listening to your body, you're building the strength" "proud of you all!" kind of things. Negative ones are really body-negative and use shame and guilt as a motivator, which isn't a healthy way to have a relationship with working out/exercise. Plus a lot of people have trauma/bad experiences where they have shame/guilt/hatred towards their body and abilities associated with phrases such as those. A suggestion that I think would contribute to a much more healthy, collaborative, honest, and encouraging space, rather than one that is rooted in pretty awful notions of body and ability shame. Even though language seems like a small thing, it all adds up and contributes to larger ways of thinking about our bodies and our abilities. Thanks Maddie, love love love your workouts otherwise :)

Je sais pas si y’a encore des gens qui regarde cette vidéo mais si oui je ne vous découragez pas, les exos sont durs et s’enchaînent donc c’est totalement normal si vous n’arrivez pas à tous les faire !! Je suis dans le même cas, en tout cas courage, vous allez y arriver 🤍🤍

hi everyone! not that anyone cares but OMG I feel so fit after this workout challenge, i would do her video each day and then go for a two mile walk. My legs are toned and strong and i have honestly never felt this good. I’ve definitely shred a few pounds but nothing too crazy ( which is ok bc i really only wanted to tone up my body!) overall great challenge and i’m so happy i did it!

damn that got me sweating!! I love the style of this workout, makes it so much easier to get through because there are new moves every 2 minutes, keeps it interesting and the moves you do are KILLER and not your typical moves that I already know of and do! thanks girl you are my FAV channel for workout videos, you're so sweet and motivating too
