Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Day 1 ✅: quit at 14:21, had already done an easier workout before this so I'm proud of how far I got Day 2 ✅: quit at 17:39 because I could feel that I couldn't hold the correct form anymore and I don't want to hurt myself. I had some muscle ache from yesterday so that’s good, and the beginning of the workout was a bit easier today. When the canoo part came I started to really struggle with keeping my lower back on the ground, but I managed to push on for a little bit longer. Tomorrow I will take a rest day. Day 3 ❎: today was a rest day as planned. My muscles don't hurt anymore so I can't wait to try again tomorrow! Day 4 ✅: really wasn't feeling strong today so I had to quit at 7:53 because I couldn't keep my lower back on the ground anymore and it was starting to hurt. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day! Day 5 ❌: I couldn't sleep at all last night so I felt really horrible today and decided to skip Day 6 ✅: Holy shit I finished it!! I took a couple of seconds of rest sometimes during the 45s of workout, did some modifications and probably didn't have the best form all the way through, but I finished it! I'm so proud and so tired right now. For the next four days I'll be at a festival so I won’t be working out, but after that I'll get back on it! Day 7 ❎ Day 8 ❎ Day 9 ❎ Day 10 ❎: I arrived back home today but I'm still tired and sore from carrying all my things, so I'll start again tomorrow Day 11 ✅: I did it! It was a little easier than last time and I think my form was a lot better, except for the bicycle. The canoe part used to be where I struggled the most, but today I felt really strong during that part! Day 12 ✅: holy shit today felt so good! I was still a little sore from yesterday but I felt super strong, I barely took any rests and didn't need to modify anymore! Today I really became aware of my progress because not even two weeks ago I definitely wasn't able to do this as well as I did today. Feeling very proud of myself! Day 13 ✅❎: quit at 8:15 even though I was still feeling strong because I didn’t feel like finishing it. I had visitors today so I really just want to go to sleep. Early workout tomorrow morning it is! Day 14 ✅: I keep surprising myself how easy I can to some exercises now compared to how impossible they were just to weeks ago. I only need to rest during the leg-ins part (I used to modify that one but I don’t need to do that anymore) and can keep my lower back almost always on the ground Day 15 ❎: was travelling all day and will be on vacation for the next week so I'll probably won't be doing this a lot/at all for the next few days Day 16 ❎ Day 17 ❎ Day 18 ❎ Day 19 ❎ Day 20 ❎ Day 21 ❎ Day 22 ❎ Day 23 ❎: I arrived home back todat but am still exhausted from travelling and climbing a mountain yesterday Day 24 ❌: I have no excuse today, I was just lazy Day 25 ✅: it was very clear that I hadn't worked out for a week because I had a hard time getting into it, but once I got in the rhythm of it I started feeling really good, even the bicycle part went well! Day 26 ✅: it's kind of weird how it feels like I'm struggling more at the beginning than at the end. Might take a rest day tomorrow because I could feel my back more today. Day 27 ✅: stopped at 6:30 because I was getting bored. This workout still isn’t easy for me but it's getting kind of boring, so I'm gonna switch it up with other workouts and yoga and I plan on doing this workout once a week at most. I'll still be updating here because it helps me motivate for some reason. Did a 15 minute yoga workout to make up for the short amount of time I spent here, tomorrow will be a rest day! Day 28 ❎: rest day Day 29 ❌: i am sick so I decided to skip Day 30 ❌: still sick and had a busy day so Im too tired Day 31 ❌: still sick and got my wisdom teeth removed

yes please!!!
@SaraMarieRivera5 жыл бұрын
@@duzypokoj1151 resistance bands are actually amazing for toning arms because the muscle is working in both directions. as opposed to just dumbells which works in the up motion and not as much in the downward motion specifically for a bicep curl!!!!
@duzypokoj11515 жыл бұрын
@@SaraMarieRivera that's bullshit. Resistance bands increase the resistance the more you pull them, so it's 0 effort when they are relaxed and increasing effort when they are stretched. So during downward motion the effort quickly goes down and you only get good workout during tiny timeframe when they are fully stretched. Dumbells have constant weight during whole exercise, you can do a slow controlled movement in both directions and you will feel much more work in your muscles this way (even with small weight). PS. you are hot, can I smell your feet?

My question is: How does she remember all the exercises? :o
@tahoforbreakfast3 жыл бұрын
She also has a background in dance. People who dance have really good memory when it comes to remembering where to put their limbs when. I took a dance class as an adult with no dance background last year and I struggled to remember the choreography in class. You'd be surprised at how may steps you'd have to remember for a minute long routine.

She probably has a list of the exercises she'll do in the video:) also she's probably done this video a lot so its like muscle memory for the order n stuff

I've been working out several times a week for a while now and I'm noticing in the comments some of you are forgetting to breathe! instead of breathing in and sucking in your tummy i recommend trying to inhale the air and try and expand it. This is a way of deep breathing i call tummy breathing and its really helpful during exercise (I've done it so much I actually do it automatically) When you need to tighten your abs, inhale and tighten your core, then exhale as you do the exercise (example: you breathe in when you go up for a push up and release when you go down). I usually just figure it out when I'm doing the exercise. Good luck everyone! don't forget to breathe!

Thank you so much for this workout. About 3 months ago I read an article discussing two exercises that are being used by the medical profession as an indication of how well a person is maintaining balance and overall fitness. First, standing on one foot (both feet are tested) for a minimal of 10 seconds. And second, sitting on the floor and rising with no hands or knees. Both require core strength and spacial recognition. I thought I was in good shape, but could only perform the first exercise on my dominant leg and getting off the floor was a complete no go. After 1 month of your workout, I can perform exercise 1 on both legs and can at least get my legs under me to push off the ground. It's there I just have to figure out the lift part! Thank you!
