Incredible how the lower back plays such a vital role in so many movements. L sits used to be a breeze but with the lower back injury, I just could not lift my legs, despite the assistance of the blocks. The shortened down dog push ups were surprisingly hard. A great class to challenge one.

Wow this was tough! For sure one to keep practicing to attain to all the moves to their full glory. I did attempt all of them but some I could not complete to the full extension, however instead of dismissing these types of sessions, I am learning that it’s exciting to keep trying and celebrate every centimeter of success. ❤🌞❤

wow! down dog push ups bringing chin to mat? I was able to lower only several inches. Also, I find that rising hips and feet/legs off the mat simultaneously to be physiologically impossible. Great class, I'll revisit these moves, Ty!

When doing the last “L” stand with tucked knees… felt like I was on the swing, couldn’t stay still… 😂😂😂 no wonder y all my arm balances fail 😅😅
