Many thanks for this meditation. I have been doing it twice a day for a month and are starting to notice a difference. I have had cfs for 27 years and nearly died from the vaccine, so I’m extremely grateful to be moving forward. 🥰🙏

@@kayleighmitchell8853 hi Kayleigh, certainly improving although I have taken a step back as I had a nasty cold, then Easter which during my mother in law died. Good thing is I’m not back at the beginning like I usually am when things go astray, probably half way to what I was doing. Hope you are doing well ?

@@nolamayer4101so sorry about your loss. That's great that your setbacks are much less drastic. Keep going x I have long covid. I've been meditating and brain training for a month maybe 6wk and I'm definitely 30% better.. feeling hopeful but don't want to get too ahead of myself

@@kayleighmitchell8853 that’s excellent Kayleigh🥳 throw in some visualisations and do the basics, sleep well, sunlight first thing, getting outside during the day, eating really well, basically extreme self care and before you know it, it will be 60% better 💪💪

Thank you for this meditation. I am bedridden due to long Covid / CFS and I’m really having a hard time. I am doing this meditation every day and it’s very soothing. I really hope that I will get better soon thanks to brain training.

Depression and brain fog are so much better after a few months practice 2-4 x a day. A consistent daily regimen is so important for me. I feel so much better. Thank you!

Doom scrolling is the worst trigger for fatigue for me. I think screens kick on the fight or flight

@@kayleighmitchell8853probably! They are definitely bad for us to sit in front of for extended periods and so easy to get stuck in. I think it's being so out of touch from the world, a TV is a little different becas its not just you the device and your phone and your hands. It's more distant things can move through and around it. Past couple days have been a bit similar, but this morning I am trying to start with meditation rather than scrolls. 4weeks ago all I could do was doomscroll I was so not okay. Suffering from the worst insomnia and triggered PTSD. Thanks to brain retraining just with this statement from this clip all through the day, NET kinesiology and white chestnut spray (sleepspray) I'm back and better than ever 🥰 I can see the finish line of my recovery.

How often should I do this each day to retrain the brain?

I'd do it at least once a day, but also keep an eye on how you are during the day and if thought patterns and fear raise their heads, and you can repeat words to this effect throughout the day too in the moment. Just don't get too obsessed by it, you don't need to capture every negative thought.

At first I thought the prompts to breathe were happening too fast and making me more anxious, but I’m glad I stuck with it. This is a great meditation for brain retrainers trying to recover. ❤
