I’m new to your channel. I’m so glad I found you! Your workouts are simple, yet fun and do make me work up a sweat. I did this broom stick workout with a Swiffer(broom was not around) and I loved it. I rarely find a workout on KZbin that is to my liking, most are too challenging for someone of my body composition. But your workouts are welcoming and very much motivating. I love this workout I did it yesterday at my gym to warm up and then did a weight strength Pilates. Please do more stick exercises with shorter warm ups. It’s so good for opening up the body. 🙏
