I previewed it first and thought I could manage it at the basic low impact starting level, & this 65-year-old made it to the end! I'll see how sore I may be tomorrow, but I do your standing abs with & without weights during work breaks--love them! On the skater move I focused on the torso twist by touching the back palm to the back of my thigh & the front one to the side; that helped me. Thanks for another great workout!

Wow Amy your exercises are addictive! I started exercising seriously for the first time ever (always hated exercising unless it involved dancing lol) in July this year and a month in I had lost 2kgs postpartum weight- I have really been enjoying myself and feel lost when I don't get a chance to exercise with one of your videos. For that reason I have shared your videos or more like forced them onto my family!😂

Thank you! I use this workout in a mix with some of your others and some from MuTu (I completed the program 😁 but I still go back to it once a week). I really appreciate how you suggest modifications to mix things up and that you encourage ppl to do what they can. Sometimes I'm tired from being up with a baby through the night, but it feels good to at least do something even if it's lower impact.

I love most of your workouts, but with no rest between moves, I got dizzy and nauseous, and had to quit at the 17-minute mark. I'm used to your 45 seconds of activity then 15 of active rest, or even 50 and 10, but not one move after another with no break.

I clearly need to stick with your beginner routines. Did one I loved, but couldn't finish this. My knee started hurting with the first lunge & twist move. I had to slow way down to feel safe. But I think we were at 8 minutes before you told us we could go slower if we needed to. By that time, I just wanted to even out my sides and quit. Sorry.
