Been following Kellen for about a year now. At 56, I have a brand new body. A 15 second 100 yard dash and can almost transition into a handstand. Love this man.

I love yoga but sometimes find the discipline of movement dictates rigid and targeted strength/stretch. Your approach allows for far more exploration and dynamic movement. Gets the juices flowing. Thanks

I just want to say I love your content. I use them for myself and for my athletes into their training from their warm ups, recovery days, mobility & regeneration to teaching them how to interface with their body & the ground better! Don't stop leading the good movement!

Dear Brother... my hips are blocked since 10 years. all the thoughts and emotions are saved there . And then i decided to transform. Its not only movement. Its a decision to heal its a decision to feel its a decision to communicate with the body. I practice hip opening 3 month now. Its not only stretching, its pain its crying ... emotions bad thoughts. I feel so much better and i feel so much love from my body that i told him: yes we can transform everything❤ thank you. And much love to everybody
