You deserve more follower! Your videos incorporate the most neglected areas of fitness. Probably because they seem less attractive to pursure in the first place (compared to hypertrophy training) but as soon someone got first aches from squatting or deadlifting, they will all end up here. Stay consistent mate

I have 3 of your routines committed to memory as a foundation of go-to movement practices, so this was actually the first time I have tuned in in a while - even though I follow your practices daily. The point: your impact goes beyond online platforms, and it's great that I can carry on Miladian discourses without having to be glued to the screen!
