Yes! Keep them 20 minute dumbell for arms and legs videos coming!! Got in a workout in between meetings. Love it!

Yes, love the 20 minute format! What would also be awesome is if you did a stand-alone warm up video that was 5-10 minutes! Something we could use to warm up before this video, or before we go for a run, etc :). Thanks Larie!

I'm starting this 30 day 30 minute challenge 9/1/23! Thanks for organizing and putting a playlist together! I love that it's upper, lower, total, core, cardio, stretch. Oooooo all the things!

I keep coming back to this one. It’s shoulders and the work time paired with the exercises used - I think- are perfect for building shoulders! Really no need to do more if u do this one correctly! 🙌

Oh my gosh! I saved this one to do again bc I love good shoulder workouts . I usually just do my own so I know I’ve hit them really well. But this!! This is so tough and hits everything!! Will keep on repeat again for future 🔥🙌

Moe again and I did this workout today and it is wonderful, would like to see more with this format. In response to 20-30 min workouts I agree please. I do weights in the afternoon and cardio in the evening and for me that would be 50-60 min in a day. Shoulders are still burning and I love it. LOL Please keep them coming. (hope you had a great snow day)

This was a perfect addition to my run!! Loved that it was shorter and dumbbells. My arms are FRIED!! Guess I can’t make dinner 🤪🙌🏼

Wow Larie, this was killer! Idk if it’s just me but I can normally shoulder press 12 lbs and sometimes 15, but today I had to drop to 10s and then drop again to 8s! Starting your new program today!

West Virginia ❤️ (I live in the southeast corner where KY OH and WV meet). The New River Gorge area is my favorite part of this state, so pretty! I’m so glad your kiddos enjoyed because they love joining in!

I did your glutes workout and your delts workout together! Love both of them. I had a little problem with the hip Thruster because I needed my elbows to give me support. Is that OK or should I use a different position? Hope you had fun in the snow!
