I needed this stretch to let go of some stress that I’m dealing with in my life. I’m taking it one day at a time after my breakup with my girlfriend. I’m going to do a yoga session, go to church and spend some quality time with my family today. I’m going to enjoy my rest day so I can be ready to start our last week of Summertime Fine 3.0 tomorrow.

Not going to lie after this video… I cried. I’ve been feeling so out of it and hating myself, my body, how I look and feel. But I just felt so much lighter after doing these stretches, it’s like a weight was lifted off. I’m going to make a change for myself starting now! Thank you Sydney! ❤️

Wow I didn’t realize how tight I was! I’m 54 and enjoy your 30 min. Strength workouts. How many times a week should I incorporate stretching vs strength workouts?

With this program from what I’ve seen she does a large session like this one once or twice a week besides the stretching before and after each workout. 🥰 This program is amazing! Totally changed my body!

Thank you! You offer one of the best body stretch videos that I could find online. I love how majority of the time in your stretching videos you spend on lower body including quad, hamstring, and hips because of this I noticed how sore my lower body is and tightening in this area contributes to my lower back pain. I always feel better after your stretching videos.

Sydney you’re amazing and so thankful for your workouts. I do them almost everyday!! I wanted to see if you could help me understand why I can’t seem to burn the amount of calories you say we should be burning. My watch tells me I only burn 200 durning you 450 and 480 calories workouts. Any idea why? Is my watch not accurate? I keep up with you in terms of pace (usually!) is this the amount that gets burned throughout the day? I don’t get it. Thank you!! MM

STF 2024 Tier 2 Stretch 28 ✅ Did this one late during Tier 3 but just noticed the same stretch was programmed two days in a row. Last day of tier 2 and first stretch of tier 3! It is just that good of a stretch 🎉

warm and deliscious! found some tight spots yet honestly, I am much more flexible that i have been since my 30' s not sure how it happens yet I did lose felexibiilty over the decades. Love to everyone working out! Summertime fine 2nd time
