I can never do that workouts where I am leaning on my elbow so I had to skip those but the rest of them were fun to do. I'm trying to confuse my muscles and do something different every day.

Wow! This workout humbled me. I have been doing the 30 min Dumbbell EMOM 2-3 times a weeks for the past several months. I moved from using 5 & 8 lb weights, to 10,12 & 15. I thought I had arrived! NOT! This 20 min routine has many of the same exercises as the EMOM but with 45 secs of work, I had to drop back to my 8 lb weights. I’m not mad, tho. Strength is one thing; endurance is another! Need to work on both! Thank J&T for the level-set!❤

Great workout! I am sweating more despite doing this workout with lighter weights compared to the heavier weights I do in their other 20 minute strength workouts. Exercising to the beat on focused muscles for a longer time offers a harder and challenging workout in 20 minutes. I love it and will up the weight as I get stronger. Thankyou

I've done a lot of video workouts starting with Jane Fonda on VHS! I love your style. Good explanations, with no or very little talking during the workout. The music is there to keep the beat, but is not distracting. I've done several of yours, and this one is my new favorite!

Good morning guys I did this work out with my usual weights of nearly 10lb omg! This was so tough 😅😅. I really struggled on the last 2 moves, didn't have enough strength to complete the 45s properly. Hi Friends, I've been doing yoga every day for a year. A week ago i switched it up and did 3 days straight of your dumbell full-body workouts. Then I did yoga again. Guess what? It's a real killer having been at being able to keep up with you and even adding some weigths on some exercises to, after 2-3 months with covid+oersoanl trauma, not even being close to keep up. I tried keeping eating right at least but man.... the motivation killer is real.
