More people. I just found this video 20 minutes ago. and completed it. I have been so stiff for years. At times, barely able to get out of bed. Glory to God, I was able to get up today. I took care of home. And decided to try to workout. I did this video and my littles joined me and had fun. I will be doing this specific one 3x a week. Today was the first. I am morbidly obese. I'm fighting for myself but also to live for my husband and kids. I can't and won't stay here. Thank you

I’m seeing so many lovely comments from people like me, and I SO AGREE! I’m behind in getting back into a decent fitness level. I’m nearly 64 and have had both knees replaced so low impact is my middle name. This workout eased me back into moving with purpose. You two are super cute but I want to tell you that I very much appreciated the no talking during movement, the low key music that still helped me keep the beat and the heads up component so I knew what was coming next. I’ve checked out lots of online workouts but your format and cleanliness (loved your background as there was nothing to distract, just simple and elegant and I could check on you guys to make sure I was doing right) makes me the happiest and I’ll want to keep coming back to this and check out your other workouts! For me this routine is exactly enough. Im 50 & diagnosed with diabetes a year ago. I changed diet & exercise now. Im not looking for anything extravagant for exercising & this is a perfect pace for me. Thank u so much! I have shedded inches & toned up from these type work outs. They work! Stay consistent ❤ I've lost 52 pounds from diet & exercise like this. I'm now at 146 pounds & I've added in walking 🚶♀️ around the park daily for 30 minutes. ❤

I discovered this video a couple of weeks ago. I like the countdown, how this video tells you how much workout you have left, the preview of each exercise, and the fact that I can do it when my energy is low and still get some exercise. I've had surgery on my foot, and I'm still experiencing pain. I felt so defeated and was about to start a yoga video, when I saw this! My "real" workout is swimming, but you're my new favorite for land exercises. I look forward to trying other videos, especially weights! Thanks.

How fun is it when you can workouts, get results, and learn proper movements while having fun. On top of that, I love the connection they share with each other. It reminds me of me and my husband when we work out together. ❤️ They fuel each other up and then they give that happy energy to us watching. This is the first workout of yours that I tried. Love, love, love it! I always like a workout that has no talking, lol. I like that the moves are previewed, there's a great countdown feature, liked the music, the surroundings are lovely, and the moves were even challenging for my brain (coordination).

Let me say … I’m a 44 year old mom with a full time job and 2 ACTIVE kids. I love all your workouts! I saved this workout for this Saturday morning…thinking this shouldn’t get me too sweaty and a few moves in, I was thinking maybe it was too easy….. by the end I was sweating. ❤ type 2 diabetic and at 240lbs for a 5'4", this was great even though it killed me. Hard to raise arm that quickly but it is amazing. Decided to do this one for 30 days to see where it takes me and hopefully can do better and keep up with you both. Thank you so much. So, 7-24-2023 is day One.

After 2 days of being sick determined to finish my 4th week, I did 2 workouts back to back, Mondays and today (Thursday). I will continue to complete this challenge and then will start over next Monday to complete another 4 weeks. Y'alllllll, low impact DOEST NOT (I repeat) DOES NOT mean low intensity. I was pleasantly surprised by how sweaty I got! So yes, please continue doing these. I realized I need to move more during the day and these Step to the Beat are a great little exercise "snack".

This is exactly the kind of workout that I need! I am middle aged, overweight, and my joints sound like Rice Krispies when the milk first hits. I have been doing your low impact step workouts for a couple weeks now. The first time it tired me out, not gonna lie, but it’s getting easier each time. I feel energized when I am done! I am going to try some of your beginner strength training workouts next. Keep them coming!

This was great! Perfect as a recovery workout (breast cancer treatments). The perfect amount of movement as to not irritate the surgery side. Equally adequate in getting the heartrate as recommended by my physical therapist. Thank you so much!!!! [insert all the pink heart emojis] :)

I gotta admit, i wasn’t sure if this would give me a good warm up but boy, was I wrong. Simple movements coupled with shorter breaks plus the challenge of “staying on beat” 😂 made this a fun warm up dance workout. Love the varieties! My virtual personal trainers deliver every time. THANK YOU!!!

Loooooved thiiiis! I love your step to the beat workouts and also love your DB workouts, but I have to say WE NEED MORE STEP workouts! Partly because you two have THE BEST step workouts around and I go LOOKING to see if there are any other content providers (ha ha, work out coaches, but all miked and yapping the entire time, or else walking workouts for seniors, seems like no in-between stuff) but I always come back to JUICE & TOYA... every single time. I can't help but love spending time with you two, and your choreography is fabulous as well as your music selection. Just LOVE LOVE LOVE it. 😍

Don’t let the first few exercises fool you into thinking you won’t sweat. Easy on the joints but you’ll still get a great workout in just 20 minutes!

That cross step beat had me going down low in the middle of the workout😂😂 I've been working out with J&T for 4 years now (had a baby somewhere in between😂) came back, and even after a slump, I always came back and picked up where I left off - and got my fitness right back on!!
