Tap in with us for a 30 minute full body dumbbell workout if you're looking build strength/muscle, endurance, and burn a lot of calories! All you need is a soft surface and a moderate to heavy pair of dumbbells . This workout is broken down into 2 total sets of 10 exercises with each set containing different variations of the same movement patterns. There are no big modifications for this workout but we recommend reducing the weight or even dropping to bodyweight if necessary. We recommend doing this workout at least 2-3 x per week for if you're looking to build strength/muscle mass and lose body fat. This workout is killer but the structure of the workout is even better. J&L have found the perfect recipe for at home workouts. As a follower, all my questions were answered. "I wonder how much time I have?" Quiet countdown clock "What muscle am I working out?" Quiet diagram showing "Is this almost over?" Subtle beep for 5 seconds left "Omg are we done yet?" Overall percentage tracker And best of all.......Y'ALL DIDNT SPEAK THE WHOLE TIME. lol That was game changer from having a perky "you got this" constant coaching. The music was chill and let me focus. A+!!!

I’m 20 weeks pregnant & turned 40 today! I just finished this workout using 5lb & 8lb dumbbells. I completed the workout with 90% accuracy. Modifications included propping up pillows for slight incline, pregnant ladies should avoid being straight on their backs. And of course I had to build up to get this point with OB’s approval! Just want to inspire my pregnant gals you can do this too with caution and listen to your body ALWAYS!! Thank you J+T!!! ❤

I’ve been doing your workouts for a little more than one year (3 times a week) and those are the only ones i do because they’re so efficient and there’s no useless talking or annoying music in the background (the music you choose is always awesome) and again this new session is great. At first i was like “only 15 minutes because it’ll be too long” but i ended up doing it entirely and it didn’t feel like 30 minutes because it was amazing. I always talk about you two to my French friends and my colleagues (convincing them they don’t need to understand you to follow your workouts, besides subtitles exist 🤣) and sometimes on my social medias because you deserve to be known so thanks to you again ❤💪🏼

Former gym rat here and postpartum mommy. This entire channel is life. I’ve been doing pretty much every exercise on their channel. They’re amazing. They break down every workout tell you where you should feel it to make sure your form is right and what muscles your working between every workout. I feel like my form is so much better than it was back when I was super fit. Besides that they use music with an actual beat instead of some generic techno music. Plus they’re pretty much the cutest couple ever love their the positive vibes they bring to every video. Considering purchasing their app because I just love them.

engaging in intense muscle strength workouts like this might not be advisable, as it can lead to overexertion and prolonged soreness. Incorporating this type of workout twice or thrice a week, along with light cardio on other days, could be more beneficial. Just my opinion.

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

These are literally THE best workout videos for me. The timings & breaks between each excerise is just ideal, the different angles that are filmed to check my form is a spot on as it can be is perfect! The music is absolutely popping & I end up dancing between sets. And the expertise and motivation you guys bring to each video is so great!! You guys are fantastic. I’ve only started getting more into lifting weights & more strength training the last few months, and already I feel so much stronger & can see little muscle mass developing Over my body- be super cool to see what I will feel like in a years time sticking to these work outs ! ❤❤❤

I’m not new to strength training or an expert and prefer to workout at home. I came across one of your workouts and I’m impressed! I love the formats you use and how you show the muscles you’re working. Your workouts are simple, to the point without those ridiculous influencer moves or combinations that are so difficult to do you’ll likely hurt yourself. You can make them as challenging as you want with more reps or heavier weight without changing the integrity of the workout! Love the music too! Thank you for bringing a great workout lineup!

This was my favorite one yet! Was able to do the full workout except one movement at my higher weights and I'm so proud. I no longer feel in pain after my workouts just a little shaky which I'm taking is a good sign.

This was one of the best workouts. I finally incorporated 12 lb dumbbells into my routine which I was ready for. The last few weeks I haven't been on the grind and staying consistent, but this workout definitely gave me that boost I was looking for. I'll definitely do this one again.
