I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Wow, discovered your videos only a week ago and I love your format! The previews are great, no annoying chatter or obnoxious music, no repeats, just perfect really. The exercises are well paced and easy to follow, even for someone like me who is 45, just trying to get a bit fitter and not particularly sporty or well-coordinated. This is my favorite workout video. I'm getting stronger and can do it consistently before work. I love the music and beeping rather than lots of talking, helps me stay focused. I find that other videos that try to hype me up end up drawing my attention to the discomfort of the exercise. This doesn't. Thanks so much!

This is such an effective workout because of its versatility. If it’s no longer challenging, up your weight and/or do another set. I’ve been doing this workout for about 6 months. When I started, I used 5 pound weights and would do one set 2x a week, now I use 10 pound weights and do two sets 3x a week. I’ve lost about 25 pounds, but most importantly muscles have formed and I feel more energetic.

Awesome 15 minute workout! I had 15 minute cardio abs and then this and I burned 250 cal. I weigh 140 pounds, 59 years old, been working out since I was 18. Even through two pregnancies. Don’t do a lot of jumping anymore, came across your channel last year and love it as well as you guys. Following you on Instagram too. Oh and I didn’t cry when Juice proposed to Toya… of course I did!

I watched this video several times before actually doing it and today I have finished it. Not as fast as Toya and Juice but I finished it. Actually while you are doing it, you don’t understand how fast it will pass. When I was done I was full of sweat and could not get up for 5 minutes. I already feel great thanks to you guys and looking forward for the next session.
