The golden rule of 6 months applies in everything. It is very difficult for beginners to get into exercise or workouts. But if newbies can hang on for 5-6 months then it can automatically change everything. It can give you results you would have not expected. I am saying this from exp. 6 months ago I never tried to workout and from last 6 months I have been working out and trust me It has worked out a lot. I believe with effort change is possible. If you want to change your lifestyle work hard on your goal for 6-8 months and everything will start falling in place for you. I am writing this hope that it will help someone in organizing their life.

I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

This is such an effective workout because of its versatility. If it’s no longer challenging, up your weight and/or do another set. I’ve been doing this workout for about 6 months. When I started, I used 5 pound weights and would do one set 2x a week, now I use 10 pound weights and do two sets 3x a week. I’ve lost about 25 pounds, but most importantly muscles have formed and I feel more energetic.

Hi. I'm 58 years old and reasonably fit for my age and found this workout really useful. One comment I have is I have a bad knee and it meant I had to be ultra careful with the first few exercises: if you can refer me to other videos that don't need as much pressure being placed on the knees that would be great!

I started my workout plan about four weeks ago and not only am I going to the gym but I wanted to be able to do something at home. I found you guys on KZbin and started using your videos. Since then I have lost 12 pounds. My weight when I started was 219 and am now down to 207. I have change the way I eat and exercise every day. I'm 1.78 m tall and my weight is 62 kg -I have your typical runner's body. So all I was after was conditioning my muscles a bit -just so you have a mental image, sort of like a young Iggy Pop. Well, I'm on my way with your workout. A month in and I can already see the results (I've just added your 10-min abs workout, and man am I ready for the day after that). Your workout has improved my running times also and my general energy and wellbeing. Maybe I started too strong going for 5 kg dumbbells, but it was all I had -can't complain with the results anyway. This is my favorite workout video. I'm getting stronger and can do it consistently before work. I love the music and beeping rather than lots of talking, helps me stay focused. This is what I’ve been looking for! My struggle has been focus rather than performance. This is challenging and timed at just the right length before I traditionally drift off and lose focus. I chose this workout to also train my mind. As I get stronger I do additional rounds.. BUT for days when I just need to check the box.. this allows me to push thru and stay on track. Like most workouts- you get back what you put in.. except inches… I’ve lost them and I’m not taking them back 😂

Loved this workout.....I had back to back surgeries on my left ankle so I don't have nearly the mobility I used to have. So I enjoyed not jumping around!!

This is the perfect workout - I do 2 sessions of this twice a week I've noticed a difference- music is cool no talking - well done Juice & Toya... this is getting me through the Irish lockdown 👊👊

This was great. I am trying to do an hour a day. I did 30 mins of yoga, a 10 min workout of yours, plus this one. That's pretty good!

Awesome 15 minute workout! I had 15 minute cardio abs and then this and I burned 250 cal. I weigh 140 pounds, 59 years old, been working out since I was 18. Even through two pregnancies. Don’t do a lot of jumping anymore, came across your channel last year and love it as well as you guys. Following you on Instagram too. Oh and I didn’t cry when Juice proposed to Toya… of course I did!

I really liked this workout! Glad I missed one day this week or I would have missed this. There were 2 that I did not like, that down on your knees did not work for me. After one I decided to do leg lifts. Need to build some strength.

I watch/work out to your videos all the time but this one is my #1 favorite. Any time I slack for awhile and have to get back in my groove, I do this video for a week, get my basic fitness back, and then move on. Thanks!

I'm a 50 year old female you need to tone up. As women get older they lose muscle if they don't have a workout regimine. I started working out from Juice & Toya's workout routines and hitting up my local gym and I see my muscles toning and things are not as loose as before. Thank you for these great workouts. I’ve been doing this workout for months now and feel the need to say THANK YOU! Straight to the point, and NO REPEATS! I’ve made the workout harder by adding more reps and weight and feel so strong. Oh I’d recommend you to do body workouts such as this and then proceed to go for a run or do any sorts cardio as after a run you feel tired and so on holding dumbbells will feel to heavy which means you won’t be able to lift at your maximum effort. Do these type of exercises before you do cardio, trust me you’ll like it

Loved it! I needed something quick at the gym because I’m a beginner who wasn’t about to spend time figuring machines out. I started with your dynamic warm up video which was fantastic and then I moved to this! Really worked up a sweat thanks guys ❤
