These at home HIIT workouts are the best. They are everything you need to keep yourself in shape when you work all day and dont have time for a gym. I also take care of my diet by using personalized meal plan that I found on Next Level Diet.

I did chest to floor burpees this time but didn’t use dumbbells, that was tough enough when trying to get back to my pre holiday fitness level on a hot day! This is a great work out. I really appreciate these KZbin workouts, thank you Joe x

Note for next time, do squat jumps at the start and use dumbbells on the squats. I did do chest to floor burpees though! I like it when it’s 40/20 and I’m not on my own for 5 or 10 secs. Thanks so much Joe x

I'm definitely getting fitter. I did the tougher version of squats and lunges and still managed to push through. I'm 50 this year and feel better than I did when I was 20!
