Hey Joe, me and my 8 year son have been following you since the PE workout last year. Today we did this together and throughly enjoyed it. My son says a huge thank you to you and your team. Thank for making us sweat and feel good.

Loved this workout Joe! I started today not wanting to do any exercise and feeling grumpy but I saw you have a workout and decided to give it a go, I know have tons of energy and in a great mood!

Thank so much Joe - I started doing your family work-outs during lockdown, after daughter in law and grandchildren flagged them up, and after repeating them several times was very glad to discover your brisk 20 minute sessions, they are such a help, mentally as well as physically - very best wishes to you and family

@@sarahwarnes7560 .... I never used to exercise ever .... but when I turned 60 I needed to get my health under control .....I wasn't super overweight or anything , just heading into insulin resistance. Now I love it😁 and I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been !! 😆😁

Hi Joe. Thanks so much for doing a workout for us. It's so great to do one with you leading it. Brings back great memories of P.E. with you throughout lockdown. I would love a really intense workout sometime and also some 'abs finishers' at the end of the workouts like the good old days. Thanks so much though Joe. You're awesome!! Take care, Jenette.

Oh wow, that last one is tough, especially with a stitch and the central heating on! It was my 3rd workout after a month or so off. I’m pleased I pushed through, I feel great now. Thanks so much Joe x

Thank you Joe for the reminder at the end that we can modify. I was about to get into the tuck jumps when I was reminded that I am nursing a recovering knee. Subbed alternating lunge jumps. Great workout.

Very nice combination of body weight exercises for upper lower body and core muscles.. I’m a physiotherapist and I don’t help but notice that you are loading your left leg more than the Rt while you’re squatting.. the Rt foot is a but toeing out also.. maybe it is an old injustice in Rt knee that caused this habit or it is just your body preference.. you can just move your pelvis a bit to the Rt while your squatting to centralize it.. and keep your Rt foot parallel to Lt.. all the best.. 💪

Very leggy your workouts tend to be. Not necessarily a bad thing. Would be interested in doing more low impact HIIT workouts if you have them.

Joe loves squats, its so hard to change out squats for other moves when when he does 6 different squat variations. Mh knees are gone i cant do that many squats, think of some other moves.
