This was so good. What I love most about this channel is, if you have done some of the videos and are aware of the poses, then one rarely needs to keep watching the videos. Your verbal instructions are so clear that for almost entirw 20 mins I didn't even need to look at the screen. Helps in focussing ❤❤❤❤

Started to do your yoga routines due to lockdown - I've been doing various routines for three weeks and today was the first time I really felt confident and strong during this video. My workouts consisted of weight based gym workouts the past years and even though I loved the results, I've always felt super stiff despite of whatever stretching routine I followed. Now I feel my body really started to change these past weeks and I'm not only feeling strong, but also flexible - not to mention all the mental benefits of these routines. Thank you so much and never stop sharing these videos with us! When lockdown is over I'm sure I will join the yoga classes I've been meaning to visit for years.

Loved this! I used to think Yoga was just stretching and contorting but this workout (and all your workouts) are great low-impact cardio, strength building workouts. I love the relaxation exercises at the end. It's a challenge for me to be still and relaxed for that long so thank you for not rushing that. I'm sure others have said this but your voice is so soothing and relaxing.

Your videos have legit changed my life. I had always thought yoga was just physical, but I've really been able to apply the lessons I learn during yoga to my life at Large, and I am absolutely in awe at how much better I feel in all aspects of my life. Also, choosing morning yoga and then a yin yoga later in the evening is the first daily thing that my ADHD brain has been able to stick with, and it's helped me do the same with other areas of my life as well, so thank you.
