Day 28 ✓. I've seen frog pose & thought that looks like it would feel relaxing - did not feel natural at all. It is definitely a hip opener! This practice brought sadness to my heart. My introduction to yoga came through an Iyengar book on "How to use yoga"; mostly yin yoga. It was only have 10 weeks of solid daily practice that I reached a level of inner peace and contentment that I have not experienced since that time! It was SO hard to get on my mat today - I took two hours of procrastinating before I actually arrived!!! When I realized it would be a gentle cool down I became so relieved. One of the best classes. I am doing this the second time. At some point I was just thinking Now a frog pose would be nice and the next pose you proposed was exactly that one. Yoga connects us all. Thank you for this sweet yin class! I forgot to comment last week saying how i missed the quotes, so I'm glad you brought them back. :) I've suffered from back pain and shoulder pain for what seems like forever and this yoga combined with isha kryia meditation is slowly taking my pain away, I'm on day 22 of 48 doing it twice a day and now my mind has calmed down a lot. Yoga and meditation has changed my life and is the best decision I've ever made for my well being.

Felt great to end this "slow-down" week with this wonderful class, yum :) I felt it was harder with the core work during a week where the classes where slower (compared w a week where you're already working harder or at a faster pace, and kinda therefore is more "ready" for the intensity of core work...), but in retrospect I think it was great with alternate days like this as a "recovery week"! I really like how you balance out the weeks and the whole period of these 90days. These last 7 days have been very different from the first three weeks, and I'm finding it awesome that you're both doing some relax each day (always a short savasana) and each week (a restorative class) - but also have a shorter period of recovery like this week have been...cuz yoga is about finding balance, having fun and feeling good - so this YogaFix90 is the best example of it!

Great videos so far! I love it! I have a little bit of trouble when sitting between the heels. The front of my ankle/top of foot hurts so bad. Even when I sit on top of the heels regular it hurts so much. Is there a way to lessen this discomfort so that I can eventually enjoy these poses?

Hi Lesley, I really love the restorative/yin practices - I find so much emotional and physical release in them! My only issue is that my lower legs/feet will fall asleep sometimes when holding poses for an extended period of time - any advice? thanks!

I have the opposite issue, the arches of my feet like to cramp especially in poses where the top of the foot is flat on the floor (hero, child's pose, reclining hero). Painful and disruptive especially in a restorative practice 😖 wish I knew a way to alleviate but going on 14 months consistent practice and nothing seems to help!
