I love butterfly, I have a ring and a pendant that I always wear. the lesson of a butterfly is letting go of old behaviour and expounding into the next phase of existence, each of us transforms through multiple stages in our life. it is only through exertion that we emerge into who we will be next. Butterfly represents never ending cycle of life. Namaste

I took a couple days off with a little shoulder tweak. Now that the weather around Chicago is starting to warm up, I'm walking the dog after work and doing yoga before work (this morning was my first day back). Not only did I excitedly wake up at 4:00 AM (while I didn't plan to wake up until 6:00) but this daylight savings is killing me. Namaste.

I am back for a 3rd round now :) 34th day already? Time flies so fast. I used to join vinyasa yoga class in my town twice a week or more. Due to my work and some financial concerns I stopped going to the class for a few months. After a quite long search for a yoga channel that I find comfortable I found your channel! The first class that I tried was the first day of the yoga challenge. Back then the first five minute already killed me. Now that I found my self still being able to follow even in your 45 minutes session. I feel that I'm growing stronger and regaining my flexibility. Love your class so much Lesley!

Wow, this was a hard one and very challenging! My arms were basically bursting while I did this and I had to take many breaks. And my wrists especially felt this one afterwards. I saved the yoga workout for later, because I am going to be returning to the practices I found difficult and needed a lot of breaks for after my 90 days are complete!

I am doing this practice while engaging in a 3-month Lyme Disease protocol, so my days of Lyme treatment and yoga practice coincide. This helps me to endure a diet free from sugars, fruits, carbohydrates, and caffeine while eating grass-fed, free-range options and filling my body with helpful herbs, tinctures and supplements along with laser treatments. I've made it to Day 34 in both programs! Thank you!

The intention today is to allow my inner voice to speak through each breath... I had fun playing with you on the mat, thanks a lot. Lesley, in many cultures the butterfly is associated with the Soul and has symbolic meanings such as time, grace, growth, change, expansion, transition, transformation, psyche, playfulness, etc. We sure can learn from Nature and animals around us. We can look to the grace and elegance of the butterfly and realize that our life journey is our only guarantee in the here and now. Our daily choice is to make our way in faith with love and compassion and accept the change that comes, and emerge from our transitions as brilliantly as the butterfly!!! XOXO

round two this time I could hold myself upside down against the wall! Not for so many seconds but most definitely I see an improvement from the first time around! that's pretty cool! :) my intentions lately have been "joy", it really lifts my energy up and reminds me to erase all the negativity in my head. Just thinking of the word flips a switch!

another awesome practice. this was especially tough because I have not been feeling well and skipped a couple of days. also I did a 20 min HIIT cycling workout just before. my wrists were strangely very sore today. I do not usually have that problem so I took your tip to go down to the forearms on some of the Ls. thanks as always

Fightmaster Yoga Nice practice! I wasn´t sweating though, maybe because I´m practicing inside and with the German weather .. 🌻 Btw, I love the butterfly too.. When I was young all the kid were laughing at me as I often have problems with my skin from the allergy, and my skin peeling off all over my hands and arms and the kids say to me that I am ugly like the caterpillar and I was crying a lot as I don´t want to be a caterpillar, then my teacher told me that the caterpillar is the most Magical creature, it will dissolve itself and will become a beautiful butterfly and I will also be the same 🌸 I have a butterfly tattoo on my heart chakra to remind me that once I was the 🐛 Love 🍂

omg! I did the leg cross headstand transition!! Easily!!! Holy Bible, Batman! Also, I felt my lack of arm strength was holding me back in making yoga progress, so I started a 30 day to 50 push up challenge. I'm pretty sure that has helped.

Thank you for this practice:) It's funny to hear you talk about butterflies, when I'm so afraid of them! I don't know why, maybe because when I was little they thaught me that if I touch a butterfly it won't be able to fly anymore, or maybe because I'm afraid of everything that flies xD

I've been feeling so sick for the past two days that I couldn't practice yesterday. Today I did, but had to skip some postures. But still, it was great to practice, I feel like I helped my body detox from whatever is doing it wrong... So I'll have to do this class again, as it was really a great class. Hopefully tomorrow!

230421 Today is an off day, unable to finish what is undoubtedly a fine flow. Just not in to it, even Vinyasa’s, which I generally love, are not happening. I will try to focus on what has been achieved so far (thank you @Jen Sherwood) and not be discouraged by today. Tomorrow is a new day! Namaste.

OMG I could wall thing :D I am so happy!!! At first I was kinda terrified doing it, I felt I would fall and hurt myself as I cannot do handstands (still have a weak core) but I practiced it 3 times (rewind and repeat). Hello Leslie! I've been following the program (on and off) for two months. So far, I've notice some amazing results. For instance, before the program I didn't even dare to try headstands and now (with the help of the amazing supporting wall) I've been able to do it. Also my arms are stronger and I'm able to do crow pose!!!! I'm so excited for that, so I have to thank you for providing this 90 days lovely curate program for all yoga lovers. Thank you for letting me see what my body can do!
