This full moon yoga practice invites you to release and let go of anything that is no longer serving you. We will start with some movement and stretches to get the energy flowing and then end with some Yin yoga shapes and a brief meditation to checkin with yourself.
This is a great beginner yoga practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
