I tried this workout this morning and Lord have mercy on me and everyone else in the future that tries to do it, I have been trying to find the most intense workout video that will really make me sweat and this one right here does the job! Thank you Caroline!

So I did this workout once before and I struggled so hard to finish it, but I have come back after exercising regularly for a little over a month and I got through it really well. It was still hard, but I felt so srrong doing it. Thank you Caroline for a great workout, and thank you Linda Sun for introducing me to the queen of burn!

I am a fan of yours Caroline. In this quarantine affaire I have been doing several of your blessed workouts. I am 57 years old and thanks to you I am physicaly better than when the confinement started. Tomorrow, I will do this new workout, it looks demolishing and a new challenge to conquer. Bests. Marco A.

In the last 2 hours I did this workout, the 20 min abs and the 30 min cardio. Can't remember the last time i felt so happy and exhausted at the same time!

Caroline I literally am going to bed & then saw this & got so excited (I’m In NJ USA).. I combined 3 of ur latest “mini” workouts today & I got such a great burn! @@CarolineGirvan I like the fact that you introduce us to new routines every now and then. I have to admit, sometimes my first instincts is "Heck no... I can't do that".. Then I find myself saying "okay I'll just do two reps", then I realize I can do more... and enjoying doing it... thus challenging myself... You were so right when you said our workouts were "you vs you"....

The best thing about this workout is that every time I started to wonder what might be the next exercise, it was always burpees! :D So the only thing I had to concentrate on was not dying :D I took three breaks and literally cried out of joy when it was done. I can't wait to do it again tomorrow. This was one of the best things that has ever happened to my body.

Short is not as effective. I like longer workouts. You can do normal workout and finish it after 30 min.

@@idakwiatkowska2862 Effective for me. I will pass out if there was another set of burpees. I supposed you are much fitter than most. Maybe do it three times. You definitely enjoy then.

@@idakwiatkowska2862 hello Ida! Duration isn’t always important... intensity is so important.. I love a lo longer session too but for example trying to run 5km under 20 min etc.... that’s more than enough for me in a day!! 😆😆😆👊🏼👊🏼

Ive been doing Caroline Girvan's classes since the first lockdown (March 2020) and they are all brilliant. She has the best classes on KZbin. I have managed to keep up with my fitness whilst the gym has been closed and tbh ive not really missed it. Thanks Caroline

What fun it was to do this workout with my daughter and husband on my active rest day? My 5 yo son was "monitoring" our progress and trying to ensure we do our burpees the way Caroline was doing it 😆... Another fun session that was so intense. Loved it, Caroline!

I have explored basically all channels from major on line trainers. I tried a huge variety of styles. No one compares to Caroline's workouts, that melt together effectiveness, variety, trainings for all levels. In Italy gyms are still closed and I have been missing weights a lot. Thanks to Caroline, I have been improving in these months even more than what I did when doing hard weights in the gym. This is incredible, thank you Caroline once more.

Practice makes perfect! I used to not even be able to do 10 pushups without getting exhausted, now I can do 25 pretty easily. Keep at it!

i was always sceptical about doing youtube workout videos because the ones I did previously didn't challenge me enough... well, I eat my words! thank you caroline for great, CREATIVE and INTENSE workouts! i hate the bog-standard 5 same exercises in a circuit, 40s on 20s rest, repeat that 4 times - ITS SO BORING!! but this format I love! i swapped the burpees for chest to floor burpees to make it more challenging for me, but this workout was fantastic and a great start to the day. thank you again

Loved this video. Loved all the burpees. If I could make a request, I would love a 30 minute workout, tabata style with core and cardio mixed, one on one off. Thx a million for all your uploads, they are fantastic and for me you are by far the best out there.

As I’ve been getting stronger I have started looking for more challenging workouts, which led me to you. A few months ago I could not do a full burpee (had to step instead of hop) Now I could do most of these exercises full out! It’s a great way to release some stress and I feel more relaxed throughout the day. ❤️

I’m a bit behind on your fresh HIITs since I had to take a break last weekend... just did this one today. Oh my gosh, it kicked my behind!! I amazed myself by being to do those pushup jacks! It’s so rewarding when you discover your strength increasing and able to do new things.
