This is a fast, frenetic, edited version of the "Back Nine" section of our regular Tuesday morning ride 'thrash' along Melbourne's 'famous' Beach Road. This will probably be our shortest workout video, so we get a lot done (14 intervals) in a small amount of time, including a bit of a sprint at the end. It's got a generic "creative commons license" soundtrack, with a Heavy Metal theme, so put your own music on if you don't like it!
