This is a fast, frenetic, edited version of the "Back Nine" section of our regular Tuesday morning ride 'thrash' along Melbourne's 'famous' Beach Road. This will probably be our shortest workout video, so we get a lot done (14 intervals) in a small amount of time, including a bit of a sprint at the end. It's got a generic "creative commons license" soundtrack, with a Heavy Metal theme, so put your own music on if you don't like it! Have been having a foot injury for 2 years . Getting on the bike and using this video consistently has helped me lose 85 pounds and counting . Ive went from 300 to 215 . My goal is 185 and my feet are making great progress . videos are def recommended .

I just started riding indoors today, and I chose your video to do it with. It was amazing!! I'm not really into metal, so I brought up my Training playlist of favorite music videos on my big-screen TV and then put my laptop with your video right in front of it, so it only takes up a small part but it keeps me in the loop with your training and your perfectly timed bits of encouragement. Thanks so much!!!

Greeting from Texas. Thanks y'all for the vids. I just recently go back on the bike and i finally lured my college aged son and high school aged daughter to ride with me. When we cannot or don't find time to ride outdoors we all watch your vids on the tracstand (at different times). They are great! Thanks again.

A big Covid-19 TX thanks! How about a recumbent workout vid? If anyone can recommend recumb vids, would appreciate it!! Just beginning again, had a road-bike for decades. C-4 C-5 spinal cord injury, physically unable to sit on bike... bought indoor recumb. 🐈

I really enjoy these sessions and they re great work outs. Did not care the music with this workout. Very difficult to find the beat/tempo with screaming guitars. Again super videos!

OMG smooth roads, wouldn't that be nice. Guys - as I train on a mag trainer I normally work on cadence, no power meter, I know its old school but it works. Liking the new video here but is there any chance we could have a suggested cadence on screen? 👍😀

No need or any particular setup, just go harder during the efforts, and ease off for the recoveries.

Music in this is not very pump up. Songs with beats that follow every time my feet hit the lowest point in the downward rotation when pedaling is best and easiest to build a cadence to. :)

Good sets massively let down by terrible music....would be appropriate for a weights session but not hiit....no beat or rhythm....bad bad bad
