I just want to say thank you for helping me become a healthy person again. During the pandemic I lost any will to exercise or eat right, and it negatively affected my entire life. I've been following your yoga videos almost every day for most of this year and I've lost nearly 40 lbs and am so much happier and peaceful. It makes being a parent much easier when I'm not full of negativity. Thank you!

Every once in a while, particularly at the end of our practice with our hands at heart center, I become overwhelmed with emotion.. This is one of the practices where we got to shava asan and I could barely contain tears. Hearing Sarah Beth's voice telling me I am exactly where I am supposed to be in this moment is powerful 🔥❤🔥

Wow. I never comment on videos but I need to say something after this one. I am in my late 20s, live alone, and have worked from home for 2 years. I struggled with my mental health for the past few years, but this past year was particularly challenging as I focused on healing from past traumas. Anyone who has survived trauma knows how terrifying the healing journey can be - how messy it can be. Recently, I've realized that I've been disassociating more than usual. I've felt empty, my essence floating above my body rather than grounded within me. I've noticed that my body has physically become weaker, giving way to intense hip and back pain, joint pain, and migraines. Simply put, it felt like everything was crumbling. Years ago, I used to go to a yoga class with a friend every Saturday morning. I remember how strong I felt in body and mind. I loved starting my day (and weekend) on such a positive note. So here I am, on a Saturday morning, sitting on my yoga mat after breathing and moving through this flow with you. There was a part at the end when you said "you can let go" ...immediately I found myself crying, peacefully crying. It felt like my essence - the essence that had been floating above my physical body - heard and accepted your words. I truly let go. The sense of relief I feel is overwhelming. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for giving me the permission I didn't know I needed to let go. I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be, and I'm traveling the path I deserve to take. My soul is peaceful, my body feels strong, and I'm present. I'll see you tomorrow morning and every morning to come.

This one was a little too fast for me. I barely got a breath out before i had to move into a new posture making me wonder if I was even benefiting from the pose. I get this was supposed to be a cardiovascular practice (right?) but I ended up stopping it for another video. Love Sara Beth and excellent direction but this one took the fluidity out of yoga for me. But I also want to thank you for all of your videos and your contribution to the growing KZbin yoga community! 🙏🏼

This one was really hard for me this morning. It had been a few days since I had been practicing yoga and I wasn’t expecting a quick and challenging video. I had to stop after the second set and I felt defeated. But I read the comments and one of them said they were feeling really challenged but we’re happy they finished the 3rd set to then make it to a really relaxing and emotional shavasana. I went back to it and yes I felt tired and challenged and even unbalanced and clunky but once I hit shavasana and had the reassurance from Sarahbeth that my practice was exactly supposed to be the way it was. I stepped away from the defeated protectionist mindset I was caught up in and grew grateful that I finished and strengthened my practice even though it was hard. I am grateful to have this practice and for Sarahbeth to lead it. It is all about growing. ❤️

I am leaving you a comment not only for this session but for just being here in general....a huge THANKYOU! I love trying new practices and this one is great. I always love your mindfulness approach as a way of practicing my daily meditation. I was diagnosed with a few auto immune conditions a couple years ago and along with a complete and total diet change, I incorporated yoga into my life November of 2019 and found you at the most perfect time in my life. I am now happier and healthier than I've ever been. I had done zero yoga before finding your videos and now I practice daily and can do most intermediate poses. I just wanted you to be aware of your huge impact on my life and I'm sure so many more peoples lives. You have enabled me to heal my body and mind and inspire me to keep doing it every day. A million Thank yous!

I was not ready, but as you say I was "right where I needed to be" and this practice went "as it needed to go". That gives me some confidence to continue challenging myself. Thank you as always! 💜

I did this in the early Evening. Having fibromyalgia, a plethora of spinal issues and other conditions, I'd have to rate this a Thumbs in-between not up or down(no fault of Sara Beth!). This was difficult and I became motion sick closing my eyes at the beginning so now I know to never do that again as I was a bit nautious all throughout and after. My favorite parts are always upward & downward dog, childs pose and feel like I never get to stay in this position as long as I want and I even slowed the speed down; BUT....this is a Flow! My other favorite parts are the warriors and triangles and would have liked to have stayed in one position longer to stretch more, focus more and clear my mind more but once again.......I know this is a FLOW. This Flow was just very challenging for me personally and I'm sure everyone without physical disabilities loved it! I'm glad I tried it today and wasn't going to do any yoga at all. Thank you so much Sara Beth. I've come a ways over the past several years and at least able to do more then what I could do then......Namaste ♥️🙏🏽🌸♥️........60 yrs
